Saturday 10/29/2016 my daughter purchased a car from a dealer by the name of Danny. There is a pretty large oil leak that we are sure he knew about since he personally drove it around for a few weeks. We realize this info doesnt have to be disclosed, but we failed to see it. We thought for sure he would disclose this info or have a conscience to an 18 year old girl who was buying her first car on her own. Now our daughter is stuck fixing it or selling it, but obviously its going to be hard to sell it if we disclose the leak which we will, because we actually have a conscience. We even mentioned to Danny after my daughter drove it that it smelled like oil burning off the engine. He was quick to respond "no its a cleaner that I put on the engine to clean it". We were upfront with this man even asking him how he would feel if it was his own daughter. Monday 10/31/2016 His response to us was he saw a "quarter" size leak but that is normal. This leak is much greater than a quarter size, as its most likely a head gasket which can be very costly. Failed to disclose that there is also a leak somewhere in the windshield when it rains. So far the car sits in our driveway, and a loan my daughter has to pay for a Lemon. Big MISTAKE. Stay away from this business and these people.

Worst auction Ive ever worked with. Ive been in business less than a year and have bought from Manheim Phx, Vegas, Denver, and Utah. Manheim Utah is the only one that Ive had problems with. I bought a car March 4th and sold it shortly after. It is July 13th and I still havent received the title. The customer is on their 3rd temp tag so now Im breaking the law and they are understandably irate. I called the auction and heres what they said: "I dont know what to tell you. Theres nothing I can do." Great customer service! Their recommendation was to bring the car back. How does that make my dealership look? Not only will that solution give me a horrible review and a very angry customer, but it makes me lose any profits I made from that deal. This isnt the only problem I have had with them but it will be the last. I have no intentions of buying a car from Manheim Utah ever again. And recommend to anyone who is thinking about using this auction to think twice and spend your money elsewhere.

if you call your time, Id steer clear. honestly with the lack of knowledge in the titling department and lack of help its just a headache. I have had one lady that was awesome help me once there, the rest have talked down to me and treated me as if I was stupid. I had an issue with title paperwork that I admit I made, but I called the DMV and mved to gain clarification on how to fix my error, then went to the DMV to ensure that I had fixed the mistake. when I got to the desk to turn in said title, the lady told me she couldnt accept it per USTC....as anyone in the dealership realm knows that the DMV is a branch of USTC and is the point of contact for ANYTHING title related. the B.S. excuse really put a bad taste in my mouth. the just of this review is there is a HUGE lack of professionalism and knowledge here. I have also heard of them charging fuel fees on cars that are on fumes when you pick them up.

Purchased and "driver" car through the OVE program. When it was delivered it was clear that the motor was bad. Started for a second knocked really bad for the time it took me to reach back in and died before i could turn it off. The rod bearings are spun and there is coolant in the oil. Its not something that just happened. There is rust on the dipstick. As soon as I looked at it I called. 3 messages and a call to another department later I was able to talk to someone. They say they take no responsibility for it being listed as a driver. The last 2 cars I purchased have had horrible condition reports and when I said that it was ignored. I said well I guess I will have to do more business with Adesa she hung up. Looks like that is what Im supposed to do!

Horrible auction, with incompetent staff. Dont go by the hours on the door, or the website, they dont follow their own posted hours. Dont expect your gate release to be left in the guard tower, because they will forget. Nobody you can call after hours. Dont expect your phone calls to be returned even when leaving voicemails. Dont expect buy fees to be consistent from week to week. The sad thing is, this isnt even Manheims worst location. Go anywhere else.... Carmax, Brashers, Adesa. Anywhere but Manheim.

Delivered cars to the auction and the lady at the gate had no idea where I needed to put it. Watched as the employees checking in the cars were blaring the radios and hot roding the vehicles around the lot. Watched as many guys piled into auction vehicles (ones to be sold, not auction owned) and headed to the gas station. If I was a dealer buying cars I would stay far from this place. I have been to auctions all over the nation and never seen employees treat the cars the way this place does.

I went up there to get a jeep I bought online and I had called three times to make sure there was a gate pass at the guard shack for me when I get there... I traveled over 6 hours to get there and guess what.... No gate pass... Well then I had to come back home and I am having a trucking company that picks up vehicles from them all the time get it.. It got there today to pick up the jeep and guess what .... no gate pass again... WTF..

BEST AUTO AUCTION IN UTAH! Ive been buying and selling cars at Manheim Utah every week for 3 years now. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. They are always quick to resolve and issues that may arise. Kalli and Brooke in the commercial department are the best to work with. I cant say enough about how much I enjoy working with everyone at Manheim.

Best Auction experience ever. The People are friendly and attentive and you are made to fell like one of the family. The Sales department is awesome, The Arbitration Dept is Fair and well balanced. The front office is always attentive. For sure the best auction I attend. 5 Stars!!!!

Definitely one of the best Manheim auctions. They are super attentive to customers needs, the arb departement is good-especially Liz the arb manager, always very fair. Sales office and the ladies in front are always friendly and take care of their customers.

Rude and Horrible customer service. worst Manheim i have ever been at. had to wait 3 months to get the title fixed that i bought from them. i finally had to get corporate Manheim involved and they had it fixed in 2 days.

The Staff Acts like they own the place and They get a kick out of making things difficult, Very disrespectful and ungreatful that if its not for the purchase you make there, They would not get a paycheck!!!
