When I first came in Brandon a sales rep very nice very respectful and very understanding of my situation. After he talked to me about their procedures on how they sell you a car we went out to the lot. The large variety of different manufactured cars on one lot gave me the opportunity to test drive sit in and see exactly what I was looking for. with zero pressure to hurry up so he can make the sale and move on to the next customer. . I never felt overly pressured actually quite the opposite he wanted to make sure I was making the proper decision for what was happening in my life and what type of vehicle I needed. It did NOT feel like it was a contest day and they wanted to see who could sell what guy the crappiest car on the lot which is what it usually feels like at big dealerships. Once I figured out I wanted the Ford Taurus but wasnt sure about the particular color, he brought me inside we went on the Internet and he showed me all the different Tauruses from all the different Drivetime lots around the valley. when I found the one in the color I wanted he offered to drive me over to the other location to look at it to verify it was the one I wanted. Then he said he would have that car brought over to his lot so we can complete the process. On that particular day and time I had something else I had to take care of so he called the other lot ask a different sales person to pull that car to the front so when I got there I could look at that particular car. The rep at the Mesa location was just as nice as Brandon even though he was not my sales guy nor do I think he was making money off of this deal. I could be wrong. When I called brandon back and told him this is the one I want he had that car brought over to his lot held it for me for 2 days with a very small deposit and when I got my stuff in order I went down and completed the transaction. The night I went to pick up the car Brandon was actually off of work. a very nice and pleasant young lady named Yuonne stepped up and helped her coworker my now friend Brandon to help complete the paperwork so I could get the car that night they didnt tell me oh you have to wait for Brandon come back tomorrow, instead the whole team manager and other sales people all came together to help me complete the paperwork and explained to me everything in detail on how my warranty and payments worked. Yuanna took me outside showed me how the car works went through it thoroughly to make sure all the lights, doors, windows you name it to make sure it was a good car and nothing was wrong with it. I would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a used car only because you dont sell new cars, to go to drive time I actually told the manager I really wish they sold new cars with the same fashion attitude non pushy sales approach. I have bought a quite a few cars for new dealers and you usually feel like you just got in a fight and you hope you won by getting the deal you wanted , definitely not the drive time experience that I had. I felt relaxed calm and because of that I really felt like I made a very good decision on the car I purchased. as a purchaser that makes you feel really good not like a WWF wrestling match like a big dealers where they keep sending one guy after another at you trying to convince you they are giving you a good deal and just sign away. lol if I could think of a better word other than just thank you so much brandon and the drive time team for everything you guys and ladies did to help me in this decision. Awesome and thank you so much.

The first experience I had with Drive Time was fabulous, BUT nothing compared to my return visit as part of their Champion Program. First, they forgave what was left of my old loan as part of my trade in for my previously purchased vehicle (from Drive Time). Second, they lowered my interest rate by approximately 5% as compared to a first time buyer. Third, I did not spend a dime today but drove home with a fabulous new ride. Fourth, my payment only went up $10.00. Yes, only ten bucks. It was, of course, a 2012 vehicle hence the small increase. Also, refer to Fifth..... Fifth, better warranties. 5yr/50,000mi on main engine and 3yr/36,000mi on AC/and other non-main engine areas. My payment also includes GAP and Sky Link (theft tracking device). OH, I forgot, they also took off $500.00 of the asking price. Right?!?! The only thing that could make it better was the staff. I need to add that my sales person (Cameron) was full of humor and patience. We spent more than just about 3-3.5 hours there (typical for buying a car) but he made it seem like one. He was effortlessly patient and kind; making me laugh and passing the time quickly. The entire staff was very helpful and easy going. I cannot thank Drive Time enough as I did not leave today having a feeling of settling for something that will do, but leaving with a peace of mind in getting what I wanted at the price I wanted with the payments I wanted. There was no back and forth because what they offered didnt need to be haggled over. Seriously. My car buying experience today was EFFORTLESS.

Before I came here, I was having the most stressful couple weeks trying to find myself a vehicle. I have no built credit and every dealership either denied me, or quoted me an outrageous payment for a crappy car that wouldnt last me a year. DriveTime is a small dealership which I LOVE. The small atmosphere is way less intimidating than huge fancy places and everyone treats you like you are an old friend. I went in hoping to find myself a great deal and that is exactly what I walked out with. With no built credit, I drove home in a 2015 Ford with 20k miles. Great car with an amazing warranty AND cheap payments. My sales rep was Erika and she was great!! Super nice and fun conversation. She worked hard and it was definitely noticed and appreciated. Daryl, the sales manager, is also incredibly friendly and made sure I was well informed the whole way through. Not once did anyone here lie to me or haggle me for more of a down payment. They tell it like it is and will try their very best to get you something that you will love AND be able to afford! They also arranged my payments to be taken out the days that I get paid, which is a huge stress reliever. Definitely 10/10. Have already recommended them to several of my friends who are also looking to buy a new car. Thanks to everyone here. You are great!!

If youre looking for a car and have less-than-average credit, DriveTime is the place to go. Unlike most car dealerships that only care about the sale, DriveTime makes sure you are 100% comfortable with the car you choose. I went to the Chandler DriveTime location and could not ask for better service! They make purchasing a vehicle a stress free and enjoyable experience. My sister and I worked with Cameron which was slightly difficult due to her indecisive nature. In the end I chose to purchase a vehicle by myself and Cameron was helpful and patient through the entire process. Ive been to several other "poor credit" dealerships and I recommend the Chandler DriveTime over any other in Arizona! All in all this is the place to go for an easy and impeccable car buying experience! You will not be displeased with any vehicle you choose nor any sales advisor you work with!
