This place is a place that will approve the people with the lowest credit scores at a price of course. Their customer service is excellent. Any sales man who can get a sale from you benefits the business and their pockets. With that said, they will approve you, work with you and pretty much do a front to sale a car, even if its a lemon. That is the one thing that sold me when I purchased my car; was their excellent customer service. My car broke three months after purchasing it. Took the vehicle to their drive time service center;which is also a front for bad business. Took my car to be diagnosed and they charged me $400 for something that was completely not necessary. A month later my car wouldnt run. They refused to assist me in bringing my car to the shop and said it wasnt their problem. After this I just knew I couldnt trust them to take care of my vehicle. A good business doesnt do that to a customer who just purchased their car plus had it recently diagnosed at their service center. I took my vehicle to a very well known dealership here in the valley. I was willing to pay $200 out of pocket for a diagnostic so I can know exactly what was wrong with my car. And let me tell you!!!!!!!!! The car was properly diagnosed. Bill Lukes dealership diagnosed my car and gave me a complete break down of what was wrong with my car. ***********DRIVES TIME SERVICE CENTER********** LIED TO ME. Charged me $400 for something that had nothing to do with the issue. Bill LUKE---has the largest body shop in the valley. They are professional and honest. My mistake was that I didnt shop around. I paid about $1000-2500 as my down payment. That money that I spent at drivetime I could have spent it at a quality dealership with integrity. I loved the feeling of being approved. But in reality any dealership will take your business as long as you can make a satisfiable deposit if your credit is far from perfect. Dont be fooled.by the used, well kept shells of the vehicles at DRIVETIME. What matters is whats inside that shell, the body, the mechanism that will last you. The interest rates are the same at a quality dealership as in Drivetime. Thankfully I went to Bill Luke explained what Drivetime and their service department did to me and actually took care of me and my car. I explained that they had lied to me and cheated me of $400- for a false diagnosis. Side note I did purchase the extended warranty at Drivetime which cost me an additional $6,000- on top of the vehicle itself- a warranty that is only good for 36K miles or 3 years which ever comes first. Remember they add interest to that warranty coverage as well. Bill Luke send their diagnosis to the warranty company and they had no other remedy but to fix my issue. The repair that was done to my car cost well over $10,000--- yes that is correct over $10,000- Im remaining anonymous due to the fact that I dont trust Drivetime and their sales team. From my personal experience and recommendation is to shop elsewhere. I value my credit and am thankful for the help I received at Bill Luke- they will forever hold my business moving forward. With that said- dont risk your credit on a car that will break down on you and leave you: 1) careless 2) bad credit 3) money wasted Happy car shopping!

Repeat customer. Go to Bell Rd location instead. I did my research to try & make sure this process went smoothly. I found a vehicle I wanted, called Camelback to verify it was there & told them I would be there the following day for it. When I went in I was greeted by the GM Keith who told me the salesman I had previously spoken with wasnt there & neither was the car. Initially I was told someone was using the vehicle as a loaner, then it never arrived in inventory, then it didnt exist & there was some type of error. I spent a few hours there trying to find another car that had what I was looking for with no luck. Before leaving Keith assured me he would do his best to locate the car but still couldnt tell me how much of a down payment I would need, how much my trade in was worth or when they may have an answer to any of my questions. So I left, dissapointed & confused. My husband was determined to find an alternative that I would be happy with so he drove me to the Bell Rd. Location which had a larger inventory but had already closed 30 mins prior. At this location I found the exact car that I had just been told didnt exist. Now I wasnt just disappointed & confused but angry as well. I realized that the GM never even picked up the phone to check the other locations. I dont know how it went from yes we have the car you are looking for right here in front of pur window to, nope sorry it never got here, it doesnt exist. The staff was very friendly so that wasnt the issue. Keith no doubt has good people skills. Hes a very funny guy. But I tend not to laugh when I feel like you just wasted my time for nothing. Luckily the Bell Rd. Location made up for that encounter with their willingness to help. They greeted us even though they were closed and even took the extra time to show us the car to make sure it was the one I wanted. It was late , staff was tired but they never let that keep them from making us feel like they wanted our business. We went back first thing this morning and just drove away in our new used car. Zachary was amazing explaining everything. This experience far exceeded my expectations. They have just earned a lifetime customer and our respect back. Thank you Bell Rd.

This is the third vehicle I have purchased at Drive Time. The first one was a Chev Cavaliar and the second one was a Ford F150. I had problems with the Chev and took it in for the warrantee service. I was treated well and the problem was resolved. They made good on their warrantee. The Ford I had no problems with. I loved the truck. They bent over backwards to make sure I got just the one I wanted. Went to Mesa and picked it up for me. This time, six years after the Ford, was also a great experience although I wasnt quick enough and the vehicles I originally wanted were already sold. I waited a little bit and still got a vehicle that I love and so far no problems. It gets excellent gas milage and runs really well. The people at Camelback Drive Time held the car I finally picked out so it wouldnt be sold before I got there. My credit was approved a couple or days prior to buying. It was really easy to purchase with no money down and payments I can afford. I dont like the interest rate but thats my fault for bad credit. The cars do sell above blue book but I really dont care as I was looking for a dependable car with a warrantee. The car I traded in didnt have one and repairs became too costly to hang on to it. This car from Drive Time has a 50,000 mile warrantee with 36,000 on the AC. I personally dont know other dealers that would offer that unless you bought one for over and above the price of the car and most of those dont have as good of a warrantee. My other car was on the brink of major repairs and I needed and wanted a dependable car. My expectations have been met. Im very happy with my purchase and very happy that they made it so easy. I would and do recommend them to anyone who needs a car and has bad credit. Everyone there was very helpful and made it an enjoyable experience. No pressure and no hassle. I cant say that about other dealers Ive been to. Trying to pressure you into something you dont want or cant afford. Thanks for the experience.
