Dont buy a car from this place....we bought a cadallic escalade from blueline auto the second day I drove the car the check engine light came on and the breaks were squealing. So I drove it all the way to their mechanic which was like 40 miles away, their mechanic said he fixed it and I drove it home. Well within 2 days the check engine light was back on and the car was leaking oil along with the breaks still squealing. So I called blueline and they sent me back to the same mechanic. Once again the mechanic said he fixed the breaks but said blueline would not pay for the problem to fix the leaking oil and he couldnt figure out why the check engine light was on. When I called blueline auto all they would say was they were sorry but all they wanted to do was send me to the same mechanic which not only was not able to fix the car was an extremely far drive. So one last time I take the car back to their mechanic and I let him keep the car for a week and he still couldnt fix the issue with the check engine light and breaks! Not to mention blueline promised to order a part to cover the jack in the back of the esclade that was missing...and they ordered a piece that was round instead of rectangle and had their mechanic shove it in the space anyways. Dave at blueline said he would reorder but never called me back. These people are a joke and so are their cars which clearly have issues. We ended up trading the car in and we had it less then a month just to be done with blueline. I honestly dont know how these people are still in business. Dont buy a car here if you expect good costumer service plus apparently they are selling lemons and are well aware of it...

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Blueline with in the last year, and both vehicles are now not working. I was told by the salesman that the suv I bought was a great vehicle. Unfortunately car with in a week had the check engine light on, I took it back to blueline he sent me to a mechanic that told me the timing chain was bad and I should have it fixed for 1500. I informed blueline of this and asked about a return policy and I was told there was none. I was also told that there was no warranty. My second car I stupidity bought, I was in need of a second car not to put so much stress on the suv. I was offered a 2005 volvo that was perfect just needed breaks and a good cleaning, I was also given an amazing deal and if I paid it off quickly then my credit score would skyrocket and I could trade in the suv for a better one. None of that happened, I paid for the volvo cash, with in 20 days 5g and it was never financed, never did anything for my credit, and that car is no longer working because the lifters were bad from the get go and I was not told of the issues or I wouldnt of wasted 5g on a car that isnt worth the mud on the tires Im a single mom. I receive no government assistance, I dont even receive child support. To be screwed over not once but twice by the same salesman and company really says something about the company and the cars they sell. The people there are super nice. I absolutely love the office manager lady, and her husband. just beware of the vehicles. Dont get stranded like I am now. :(

Family run business that strives on customer service and satisfaction. When was the last time you visited and dealership to buy a car or truck and the entire sales team was mainly focused doing whats right by the customer? Scott was our salesman and did a great job at listening to our family needs, our budget concerns. Scott seemed like he has been selling cars, managing dealerships for years and his knowledge and the fact that he really enjoyed his career showed the whole time we spent there at the dealership with him. Having only spent an hour and forty five minutes total. That was us not knowing what vehicle we wanted, test driving, and the final paperwork in finance. My wife and I thought that was the "Best"part of the whole process. Lets face it, we have all been stuck at the dealership for 5 plus hours before being held hostage until we bought the car. Over all we give Scott and the owners Matt and Mark a perfect 10. We will continue to buy all of our pre owned cars and trucks at Blueline Auto Group and would recommend all of our friends and family members to purchase there as well. Thank You Scott for the excellent job you did.

My wife and I recently purchased a mini van from Blue Line Auto Group. The experience was excellent from beginning to end. The salesman Chris was super personable, friendly, and was a good ol honest dude that didnt try to hassle us or push us in any direction. He was helpful and willing to work with us even though it meant missing dinner with his family (we showed up super late to the dealership). The finance department was very non confrontational and easy to work with. They understood where we wanted to be and we were able to negotiate a deal with them fairly easily. Overall, the car buying experience with Blue Line Auto Group was one of the best I have had to date. Yes, they are a small dealership, and yes, they are relatively unknown compared to the bigger guys in town, but they have a certain ability to establish that personal connection that makes you proud to work with them now, and in the future. I will for sure look to Chris and the Blue Line team next time I look for a car.

Me and my husband went here to look at their Tahoes and Efrain one of the sales guy did help us he was super nice and they ran our credit gave it to the big boss where the boss said it would be 1 hour so they could contact some banks. So we decided to look around the lot when we came inside the big boss did not even look our way called Efrain in his office and told us it would take 3-4 hours before he could talk numbers so basically asking us to leave. They said they would call us and never heard from them today. This is very unprofessional and I felt racially profiled. I have had bought a car before and never went through this experience before. I hope other people could have a something different than what I went through today. I did go to Midway chevy and found a cheaper 2011 with 76000 miles Tahoe and great customer service offered me refreshments smiled even the manger came out himself to greet me and talk to me.

After reading that all the reviews are so well i feel bad for having to post this but i have to. I bought a car from there about a year ago and a few months ago it started to burn oil. I got it looked at by 2 different well known mechanics because car stuff is foreign to me. They both printed the same report suming up $ 7,000 in damages along with needing a new engine. The damages were also shown to have been by previous repairs or possibly the mechanics at this place cleaning it up just to make it run for awhile. Had nothing to do with how i drove the car. I understand its a business and everyone needs to make money but i got bent over and had to take it with $7,000 down the drain plus needing a new car. Did i mention the car was $5,000 and had no reports on carfax of anything major. Im eextremely upset being this much money in the hole and now needing a new car.
