// The Good (not much) We knew we wanted a 2006 Honda Odyssey and these guys had 6 or 7 so it was nice to be able to look at a bunch at the same place and have options and easily see differences in how well each one was taken care of to compare and see common issues for that year of car. The salesman let us test drive without him in the car which made it easy to focus on the car and not him. Also he didnt rush us or "linger" while we were looking. // The Bad I had to pry for information. The salesman didnt tell me any known issues or proactively give me a carfax, he never gave me one (I failed to ask). After telling him our concerns he pulled out a receipt of what hed fixed. There was a chip in the window that I didnt notice and was never advised of beforehand. They dont do a 90k service on their cars so youll have to haggle that out of them. I didnt get a warranty. Only got one key. (found out as I handed them the checks) Gas tank was empty when I came to pick up the car and deliver the checks. DONT TRUST THAT THEYLL REGISTER YOUR CAR: They told me they would take care of registering the car and getting the plates and I wouldnt have to worry about it and Id just receive them in the mail. Never got them, so I called to follow up 30 days after I bought the car and they said they were on it and wed have them soon. I had to call 5 times all with promises that theyd call me back and update me and never did I get a call back. Finally they told me they had them. I called the morning they said theyd have them and that I was going to pick them up on the way home from work and they said theyd be there. I got there and no body was there. I dont think they would have done it at all if I didnt push them. They got them to me one day before the temp expired and only after I told them I was frustrated. Very unprofessional. The more I talked to them the less I trusted them but Id already bought the car and with no warranty. I think we got lucky. Theyre not what I would call "helpful". I wouldnt buy a car from them again and if you decide to visit make sure youve done your homework beforehand and you pay attention to the details before you sign and deals.

We went to Hedberg Solomon after hearing good things from a few neighbors. Worked with Tanner and told him which two cars we were looking at. He handed us the keys to both and told us to look them over and take them for test drives and to let him know if we had any questions. He then let us go look at the cars on our own without coming out to pester us and allowed us to test drive both by ourselves. I noticed a slight misalignment with a piece of the body and asked if the car we were interested in had been in a collission. They pulled the Carfax and showed us that it had and showed us who had done the repairs (a manufacturer dealership). Since we had one more car to test drive elsewhere, we asked for an itemized, out the door price before we left and were given a printout with no pressure to return. When we decided we wanted the car, we called them the next day (a Saturday morning) and let them know that we wanted it but couldnt get there until Monday. They had no problem pulling the listing and marking the vehicle as sold on their lot. When we purchased the car, they offered an extended warranty but that was it for the add-ons; and there was no pressure in the offer. Even post sale when we decided we wanted an extra key, Tanner talked to the local mfg dealership and arranged for us to get their dealership price for the new key, which was $65 less than the dealership quoted me directly. Overall it was a great experience and I plan to check there again when buying a car in the future. UPDATE: I stand by everything written above but would advise that you take any potential purchase to a local mechanic for a review before purchasing. I did not as I was told that it had been inspected by the local mfg dealership after Hedberg Solomon bought the car. Unfortunately I took it to that same dealership for an oil change and was told that the tires and brakes most likely shouldnt have passed inspection and that the vehicle wasnt on record as being inspected there according to the VIN. I knew the tires would need to be replaced I just didnt anticipate needing them four months after buying the car.

I bought a beautiful 2012 Ford Expedition in May of 2015. It had been in an accident, and I was told it was 100% fixed and that they did a great job. It looked alright, I was fine with its appearance. About 5 days after I bought it, the door that they said was 100% repaired, would not unlock. I was referred to a small Mom and Pop shop in Sandy, and they were to fix it. After 2 trips to this shop, the door was repaired, or so I thought. Within 2 months the door would not unlock or open at all. I took it to a Ford dealer and had the door repaired right, for $500. It was annoying but I thought if that is the worst of it...it is ok. Fast forward to February. I scratched the rear passenger door and needed to have it repainted and repaired. The gentleman who fixed the body said he has never seen a crappier body job done on a vehicle. Under the moldings, the body of my $34,000 expedition had pieces cut out of it. I was very disappointed but decided there was not much that could be done at that point and didnt leave a negative review. Throughout the past year I have had some uneven wearing on the tires and it was pulling to one side. I figured I must have hit something, and the alignment needed to be done. I had the alignment checked and each time it was normal, or just slightly off. After 14 months of this, the tires on my expedition were toast. The gentleman who replaced my tires delivered the shocker that has compelled me to write this review. One of my tires was bigger than the other 3. This may not sound like a big deal, but it is. This is a huge safety risk. I am very disappointed, and I want everyone to know that these men who "sell cars for a hobby," really do it to scam people out of money.

Bought a vehicle from this dealer in May and the professionalism has been less than par. When I first walked in the salesman handed me the keys and told me to go look at it. I went and looked at the vehicle and then had a couple questions. The first salesman was unable to be found so I found another salesman that was available. The 2nd salesman actually took the time to talk to me about the vehicle. We agreed on a price and went inside to fill out the paperwork. The first salesman was all pissed off and started yelling at the 2nd salesman (who actually helped me with the vehicle). The 1st individual stated he would do the paperwork himself and basically kicked out the helpful 2nd salesman. After about 5 minutes of printing papers (that were all wrong) he stated that someone else was going to help us with our paperwork since he hadnt had a chance to eat his lunch yet and it was 4:30 in the afternoon. We waited for the 1st salesman to finish talking to his friends for about 20 minutes before even starting our paperwork and then to have him turn us over to a 3rd individual was ridiculous. All of these events took place on May 21st, and my temporary registration is expiring on the 4th of July. Ive called the dealership several times to which no one ever answers. I leave messages and they never call back. I finally called the DMV today June 30th and they informed me I could pick up the plates myself from their location. They also informed me that the registration was done yesterday June 29th. I would never recommend anyone to this dealership and will never be back!!!!!
