I had the ABSOLUTE BEST experience with Truckmasters! My car had just broken down on me just 2 days prior and I simply did not know what to do. Because I have 3 jobs, at 3 different locations, I knew that I needed a car quickly and could not wait to have my old car repaired. As early as yesterday, I stumbled upon the Truckmasters website after a Google search. I filled out the application online and, literally, within a matter of MINUTES, Tony called me back on the phone. Tony immediately put me at ease when he told me that he would do whatever he could to place me in a vehicle and he would have salesperson, TJ, take care of me; and for me not to worry. I told Tony that I would be in the very next day, which is today. I was completely amazed, not to mention elated. Somehow I knew, after meeting these wonderful people, everything was going to be alright. I was surprised to receive a text from TJ asking me when I would be arriving and he was waiting for me. Amazing customer service from the gate! When I arrived, Meg came out and introduced herself; she was so gracious and kind. Then, TJ came out shook my hand, and made me feel at ease. I could not take my eye off of a GOREGOUS Pontiac G6 Convertible in maroon; it was BEAUTIFUL and just the price that I could afford. TJ had me test drive the vehicle and the vehicle ran smoothly, he then told me to "give it some gas" so that I could see how well the car would handle at faster speed. I was sold. TJ took me to his office and while completing the paperwork he told me that he was going to try to send me home in my beautiful car TODAY. I didnt know how this was possible because I did not have a lot of money to put down on a vehicle as I was between pay periods. TJ reassured me and then headed to the financiers office. Now enter, the "Amazing Terry." I am telling you, these people made me feel so at home and so confident. Terry worked his magic and was able to get me into my beautiful vehicle; the entire process did not take long at all. I was impressed to see that all members of Truckmasters worked as a TEAM to take care of me. For this wonderful experience, I am eternally grateful. Once I was approved for the car, I then headed to Mias office. Mia was extremely knowledgeable and helped to explain the different additions that I could apply to ensure the longevity of my vehicle. Mia had a wonderful way of explaining things so that one could fully understand. After finishing with Mia, Tony came and gave me a hug and let me know what a pleasure it was to work with me. TJ took me out to MY car, and explained EVERY GADGET, BUTTON, etc, so that I would be comfortable operating the vehicle; What? Who does that? TJ thats who! Man, Everyone was so kind and nice. I literally cried in TJs office; I didnt mean to.... I was just overwhelmed at the care and customer service that I was receiving. Nevertheless, I asked TJ for a stack of his business cards because I would MOST DEFINITELY recommend the entire crew at Truckmasters when purchasing a vehicle; they will take care of you! Again, THANK YOU: (in the order of appearance): MEG, TJ, TONY, TERRY, and MIA. You all made my day; and for that, I am eternally grateful. Danita

I had come in to look at a Chevy Avalanche LTZ and was greeted by Eric. Him and his team didnt make things feel like I was under any pressure at all about it. They informed me about my finance options as well as offering a comprehensive warranty and gap insurance that Id reccommend if you do plan to buy used. I had planned on coming back next week to have a considerable down payment. They told me its not neccesary all and was able to drive it off the lot the same day. Glad they made 7 happen and would come back again. 2 year update: So I bought this Avalanche in 2015 and only put just over 2000 miles since Ive had it. Ive had to spend over $2000 in transmission repairs (so far despite getting a $3000 comprehensive warranty). I just got a cracked dash and will set me back another $986 and $1,400 for the rear suspension (all repairs out of pocket). My truck only has 105,786 miles on the odometer as of now. When I drove off the lot it had 98,383 miles on it. Sorry, I cant recommend this dealership until they can do something to make this business to satisfactory. Most recent update: I spoke with Lance, the sales manager, we spoke about my truck, the warranty and business. I have good news for you folks looking for a vehicle here. They switched warranty companies for your behalf over a year ago and Id likely come and trade this truck in to them for a newer model if one comes to inventory. GWC warranty (their previous provider) in the Arizona area is hardly any good. Hope this review is helpful. I do appreciate the staff here for their friendliness and helpfulness.

I have what you would call a "challenging" credit profile. I spent weeks going from large dealership to dealership, all promising they could get me reasonable financing in a car I wanted, only to either waste days of my time and then tell me they need half cash up front, or switching me to a car that was priced at 2 x retail value and offering me 20% interest on it. All promising me that in six months I can come back and trade into something I want without "getting hurt". I almost gave in at a dealership on Frank Lloyd Wright, but I walked away. Then I found these guys. Tony, my sales associate was direct and honest. Working with him and Terry, his manager, they were able to get me a reasonable rate, and in a car that I wanted with less than 20% down. It took less than 2 hours start to finish. And, when I got my loan paperwork and payment info from the lender, it was exactly what they said it would be. I think people overlook these guys because they are not a big name, but I cant say enough positive things about them. They treated me with respect and really worked to not only get my loan approved, but approved at an even lower rate than I expected would be possible. I am extraordinarily particular about businesses and people I work with. In another life, I was buying new Range Rovers and Porsches. I can tell you that the level of service here was equal or better than anything I have experienced before. Plus, the car I purchased was local car, they showed me the carfax immediately, and I have had no issues. I am a customer for life.

I contacted David Harvey at Truckmasters for my 19 year old son who is a first time car buyer. My son kept bugging me about getting an auto loan but I wasnt sure how to go about getting him into a loan without a co-signer, very little down, lack of credit history but with a decent interest rate. My son has good credit but its new credit so I didnt want a dealer to send his credit ap to 15 different lenders. David talked me through the process, explained they work with several lenders with great first time buyer programs and felt that one in particular might be a good fit. I felt confident that Truckmasters would take care of my son so I sent him in – after all we are not obligated to buy anything. We were shocked that the loan approval came back with 4.5%. They had the bank approval already at set terms so we didn’t need to worry about anyone calling us later and saying the deal didn’t get approved or they needed more money down. Truckmasters did everything they said they would. It helped that we did not expect a first time car buyer to walk out of there with a $50,000 lifted truck but Truckmasters (David & Lance) got my son into the perfect starter truck with only 60,000 miles. Perfect first truck at a low payment and something he can customize himself or pay for a year and then go back to Truckmasters with a trade in. Car buying experiences are never fun or easy but Truckmasters really did make it a smooth process. It made Mama happy and they took care of my son.
