I tested a very clean looking 2002 Acura RL with 126K miles on it. They market it as dealer maintained and they had the Carfax to proof it and they did. However they had no knowledge if the timing belt was changed. The power steering boot on the drivers side was split but I had to fine that out on my own personal inspection on their lot. Aubrey said his mechanic stated no replacement needed. I question their integrity as a business. Power Steering Rack is critical. I test drove the car and check engine light came on "Exclamation Mark in Triangle" and the steering with was cocked extremely to the right. They offered to repair but it would increase the price of the car. LOL! This is what they do. You must know about cars if not take a friend. They wont disclose anything but Carfax and they will not allow you to take the car to a dealership or mechanic to inspect. If you like dealing with the type of process be my guest. I hope this helps someone. Heck I hope who ever reads this proves me wrong and they get better. Peoria Acura on Bell is the Best! 8/29 saw a foxbody gt mustang I wanted to buy cash. Looked at the engine bay and there is a pool of coolant under the battery.

I purchased a car from Right Choice Auto on 9/9/2013 and it was a very positive car buying experience. Aubrey and Steve were great to work with! I spent a couple of days shopping at different dealerships and experienced high pressure sales tactics, along with bait and switch from the big dealerships.... what a nightmare! As a single woman, shopping for a car is stressful, and these dealerships just make it worse and make it difficult to trust them or any other car salesperson, much less make me want to purchase from them. So... my experience with Right Choice was SO different from the other dealerships! I was treated with respect and no high pressure. It took me a couple of days to make a decision, and Aubrey and Steve were willing to negotiate and share their car knowledge with me. I am very happy with my car and my decision! I liked that I received a follow-up call asking me about my purchase and whether I was happy with my car and if I had any complaints or suggestions. They also mailed a very nice thank you photo/card of me and my new car, which was a delightful touch.

Steve and Aubrey made purchasing my fabulous 2000 Toyota 4 Runner really easy. Steve and I talked on the phone a couple times and he gave me all the details I needed to make the drive from Prescott to Phoenix. Aubrey was equally great on the car lot. He was straight forward with all the info on the truck as well as the pricing - and he let me test drive the truck on the dirt which some used car dealers wont. Deal breaker for me since I needed the vehicle to be strong off road. We came to an agreement that worked for all involved very quickly; he gave me none of the: "I need to run this by the manager (or brother)" routine I had experienced in bigger dealerships - so grateful. Aubrey even helped me return the other truck that I had almost bought to his owner in LA which was way beyond the call of duty and made my life and the owner of the other truck so much easier :) I so appreciate dealing with real human beings who care, who are honest and who are transparent!! Thanks you Aubrey and Steve - you guys truly are "the Right Choice"

Came in here to buy a little 4x4 pickup. Needed something I could take out hunting on the trails so that I didnt beat up my newer rig at home. The Ford Ranger looked to be in good shape and was just what I needed. Aubrey showed me all of the paperwork and answered all of my questions. Steven made the $$ make sense and they met the price point I was looking for on the truck. These guys are easy going, no pressure at all. After a couple of weeks of driving it, I had the truck checked out by my own mechanic because I was a bit leery -- being it was my first used car purchase--AND to my pleasant surprise the truck received a clean bill of health from my mechanic. I know I will be going back to Steven and Aubrey if I should ever purchase used again. I trust their business ethics and believe they are looking out for their own best image in selling good vehicles but more importantly they are looking out for the interest of their customers safety and satisfaction.

Their website states that they used Kelly Blue Book values. The price quoted to me for a CASH purchase was $436 higher than the HIGH Suggested Retail from KBB & $886 higher than the fair purchase price for retail as valued by KBB. They also refuse to provide a clean clear vehicle title at time of CASH purchase, stating its Arizona Law. I personally contacted the Arizona DMV, there is no such law! They just want to be able to charge you another $295 "documentation fee" to process & mail the vehicle title to you. I can do the same thing for under $25 & 45 minutes of my at the DMV if theyd hand over the clean/clear title to the vehicle. Its just another way to pad the final price higher! I have found little value & little honest communication thus far with this dealership.

First of all, I hate buying and selling cars, but I love RIght Choice Auto. I cant overstate how simple Aubrey made selling my vehicle! There were NO HASSLES at any point in the process. Aubrey interviewed me about our Honda Pilot, researched several on-line pricing guides, suggested a price that I thought was very generous and sold the car at THAT PRICE. His team detailed the vehicle so it looked brand new and made some minor repairs at about 1/4 of the cost of what I was quoted elsewhere. This shop is friendly and honest and frankly the BEST car-selling or buying experience of my life. And, they got my car sold for a great price with over 100,000 miles on it! Ive referred friends and family to Aubrey and Ill be back. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I would highly recommend Right Choice Auto to anyone who is looking for a great quality used car, helpful and friendly service, and an overall quick purchasing process. I couldnt be happier with my 2002 Honda Civic! Aubrey and Steve walked me through the entire purchasing process step-by-step, which was great because as a first-time buyer I had no idea where to start when looking to buy a used car. They were both patient with me as I decided which Honda I liked best. I never felt rushed into any decisions I felt uncomfortable about. They were both easy to get a hold of if I ever had any questions. Overall, Right Choice Auto was 100% the right choice for me!! If I ever need to purchase another used car in the future, I know where to go!
