Car & Truck Depot of AZ where to start… I purchased my first vehicle from them almost a year ago a GTR. Salesmen were polite, courteous, and got the banks to compete for my business getting me a great rate. Rob (Owner) really knows what to look for when it comes to vehicles and only buys the best to sell. Rob can be seen around the dealership frequently, is very personable and works with you to find out what you need/want and if he doesn’t have it he’ll get it for you. Flash forward to today My car was totaled and I had to start my search for another one. Low and behold Car & Truck Depot of AZ had one! Another one with only one other owner. I contacted them immediately to find out more about the vehicle. John answered my call and really worked hard for my business. He answered all my questions timely within that phone conversation and I was able to make a deposit over the phone and have them hold the vehicle for me until I could test drive the vehicle. As before I was greeted by Rob who almost seemed more saddened then myself when he found out my previous car had been totaled. As it took me a few days to get to the dealer they had to move a few vehicles to get to it. Since it was being held for me they had parked a few cars around it and placed one of their many security cameras directly on it to ensure that it was kept safe and that no one else was allowed near it. Again the car was in great shape as before with the previous one, which was no surprise as anything Rob buys goes straight to it dealer of manufacture for a fresh oil change whether its due or not and a full and I mean FULL inspection. During the test drive and the subsequent days John went to work on the banks trying to get them to fight for my business again and again I got the best rate that any of them offer. The car was priced fairly as all his vehicles are, well taken care of, and everyone there seems to grow a little attached to the cars they sell which (to me) shows they take pride in their business, work, and product. This was my second vehicle purchase from them within a year, and it won’t be the last. I highly recommend Car & Truck Depot for anyone looking for a quality vehicle without the hassle of the Vulture Salesman at the big dealers. If Olive Garden hadn’t already taken the slogan I would recommend they use the slogan “When you’re hear you’re family”.

In the spirit of full disclosure, I was a former manager at Car and Truck Depot of Arizona. With that out of the way, I have been in the automotive industry for over 25 yrs and have more connections than I can keep track of and am currently a manager for another dealer in the Phoenix area. When it was time to get my wife a new car the first person that came to mind was my buddy Robert, owner of Car and Truck Depot. Although I have access to the auctions and have the luxury of picking out the specific vehicle I want, I still required assistance with the financing and needed a dealership to facilitate the sale. Having an intimate knowledge if the inner-workings of the dealership I can tell you without ANY reservation that if you are looking to purchase a vehicle, do it here! Robert is 1, of maybe 3-4 owners I have known in my 25 yrs in the industry that I could in very good conscience recommend to take care of you in a most forthright and ethical manner. Very few dealers will put the painstaking work in, necessary to purchase what in my opinion is far and above some of the nicest, cleanest inventory in the country. Thanks again Robert and crew for all the help, and for putting a refreshingly good face on an otherwise (usually) off putting experience.

Dont buy a vehicle from these guys they suck. Everything that happen to tracie has happen to me except they paid me for some of the stuff that i had to fix myself and they weaseled there way out of everything else the major stuff by giving me a check and writing on the back of it that everything was fix and cleared. I had told them about all the problems from the beggining and she had writen it down that they were gonna fix it. She tried telling me they could find the problem, there were no codes present in the system. Send me a picture of a hand held pos scanner from autozone showing me theres no codes present now in the computer system. Little did they know im a manager of a shop and had to show them what a 10k snap on scanner looks like and what the codes are . Who knows who was working on this truck probably the detail guy. I had to fix oil pan gasket, rear main seal, 1 tv didnt work when they said it did, brake switch, tires, rear park assist sensor, valve cover gaskets, alternator messed up in there posesion thats the only reason they fixed it, extra key and remote they paid for that but i had to go out my way to get it cause they didnt bother to get it, and diagnose all those problems and i still have problems that they dont even help me with.

I purchased a car from this dealer and I must honestly say it was the best car buying experience I have had despite living out of state. I was a little nervous and skeptical at first, living in Florida and buying a car from Arizona, but working with Ron made the whole process very easy and comfortable for me. The reason why I even considered this dealer in the first place was they have the best prices in the country and after doing a national search for the car I was looking for, they had the best price even with shipping costs factored in. Ron talked me through the entire purchase process, kept in touch with me via text messaging and responded quickly to any questions I had, and the high quality pictures as well as the reputation they have, made the experience very comforting and easy. Its clear they ship cars across the country routinely as the process was seamless from accepting payment through my credit union to having my car delivered in "as advertised" excellent condition to my front door. I have had the car for about a month now and took it to the dealer to look it over and it is in perfect condition, inside and out. Thank you Ron for all your help and looking forward to buying another car from you in the future!

Whatever you do dont purchase a vehicle from Car & Truck Depot of Arizona. We purchased a Range Rover from them online in August 2015 and they misrepresented the condition and quality of the vehicle. Immediately upon receipt we contacted car salesman and let him know of the: cracked windshield ($2,000 to fix), cracked headlight ($1,000 +), broken and missing DVD player ($200), left axle joint needed to be replaced ($400+) Salesman was typical sleaze and gave stall tactic by stating the "owner" was conveniently out of the country and he was unable to grant any type of refund back to us. We wanted to return the vehicle as we were within the 15 day window but the sleazy car salesman promised to work with us on getting us some of our money back since we had to come out of pocket for items on the vehicle that were conveniently not disclosed. Its now almost the middle of October and we havent received any money back - the salesman told us that since they overpaid for the vehicle they cant give us any discount since the owner doesnt want to dilute his profit. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
