Wonderful experience! My husband and I came here to purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee we saw in one of those auto magazines they have at the grocery store. We had been thinking about purchasing a new vehicle, well it was used but new to us, for over a year. My husband went down to look first, I trust his opinion and knew he would know if this was the car for us. He came back and told me all about the Jeep, it was a 2001 with `112,000 miles on it. It was in very good condition. He talked with Ron "Rock" Rockey and told me he had a great experience dealing with him. We went down the next day and Rock exceeded our expectations as a used car salesperson. He was friendly, efficient and very hospitable Sometimes buying a car can be stressful, yet fun, but this was defiantly a pleasure. Rock is one of those people you classify as "good people." We had a problem with the paint and Rock arranged for someone to come to our home and take care of it. Remember, this is a used vehicle and it is sold "as is", but Rock is making sure we are very happy with our purchase and with Auto Paradise of Arizona. I would recommend Auto Paradise of Arizona if you are looking for a great place to purchase a used vehicle. They have small sedans all the way up to Mercedes. When you go in dont forget to ask for "Rock".

Recently I purchased a 2013 Honda Accord coupe at Auto Paradise and I must say, it was by far the easiest and least stressful experience I have ever had in working with any car dealership in the valley! I had been to every major Honda dealership in the valley and found this one just by random chance and was very impressed (not to mention got the best price I could find.) I worked with Ron and he was extremely helpful, friendly and personable. I never once felt pressured nor uncared for and he even helped me through from the test drive to registration and plates. Auto paradise has some of the best inventory that I have ever seen from a smaller dealership and their vehicles are very well kept and they offer a great warranty (as they also have their own shop and mechanics on site.) Overall, I must say that this was the best and most genuine experience I could have asked for in purchasing a vehicle and I would highly suggest anyone in the market to make a stop by and see what they have for you! We first found our Toyota Tacoma on one of the web portals and were immeidately impressed with how clean and new it looked depiste its almost 20 years and just over 150,000 miles - it looked so nice youd never have known it from the pics. We called Brett who told us he works by appointment and was happy to accomodate anytime we were free...his level of customer service considtently high all the way through. When we arrived at his dealership the lot was immaculate, even meticulously cared for, and every vehicle was washed and sparkling. The truck was in the same excellent condition the online listing indicated, inside and out, and ran as well as it looked. When it came time to buy Brett rode with us to the DMV office nearby and helped take care of all the details. In every way we felt comfortable, unstressed, and excited to find such a great vehicle from such a manicured place, and from such a terrific guy. Wed buy again from Brett alin a heartbeat.

Auto Paradise of AZ is a good place to buy nice preowned autos and trucks. Brett specializes in finding quality used vehicles that have had only one owner. Both he and Ron Rockey are great to deal with and make the deal a snap. They also have a 2 bay shop on site with 2 mechanics that go through each vehicle before it is offered to the public for sale. I recently purchase a 1998 Land Cruiser from them and the experience was very good. I did not live in the area and they stored the vehicle for me after purchase until I could get back to the Phoenix area to pick it up. To be honest, I did not look at any of their other inventory as I specifically wanted this particular vehicle. But it was clean and the shop is well maintained and in complete order. If you see a vehicle you are seeking on any of the search engines offered by these guys it is probably worth your time to go check it out

I would highly recommend Auto Paradise of Arizona to anyone looking for a good, quality used car. The car buying experience really can be a pleasant one! My husband and I were impressed the minute we stepped onto this lot with the number of quality vehicles offered for sale, and we found a great one that we purchased! We are so happy with our VW Pasaat, and best of all, the car buying experience was painless! We were in and out in less than two hours and our salesman was helpful not pushy, knowledgeable and I felt like I was in control of the buying process the entire time. My husband and I have purchased several vehicles from Auto Paradise of Arizona over the last 12-13 years. We always check here first, they have the nicest and lowest mileage cars. Very professional and none of the typical dealership games. The most impressive thing is that their vehicles are always the way they advertise them - CLEAN! This latest experience was no different! Our daughter loves the 2006 Elantra that we just purchased! All of the cars we have purchased here we also have serviced here (Bill in the service department is very honest and seems to truly care about our needs and he always gives us the freinds and family discount)- they take care of their customers from start to finish. My husband and I have no problem referring all of our friends and family.

Recently went in looking at a second car for my daughter, found an old Honda, It was priced accordingly as it was a little rough but the asking price was a respectable starting point for negotiation. After the test drive the young man (which Im assuming was the son) spoke to me and after speaking for a bit (very respectable individual by the way.) I made my offer fully expecting a counter offer but instead of a counter offer, the older gentleman (owner, possibly the boys father) replied as such, " Its a cheap car he can take it or not, I really dont F**cking care!" At that time I thanked the young man for his time and left. Needless to say I wasnt very motivated to give a man money that, "Really didnt care."
