STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT THINK TWICE TURN AWAY NOW!!!!! If I could give this place no stars I would. Lets start off when I first bought the vehicle everything was all fine and dandy I didnt really want to purchase the vehicle but when they offered me 0 down payment instead of the 3000 they were asking if I jump for the offer within 6 months of them to be a good vehicle started breaking down on me every other week it was a problem so I traded in the vehicle at Van Chevrolet where I got a new truck my payments were actually cheaper than what I was paying at equity. This brings me back to equity I purchased a warranty when I purchased my vehicle I didnt have my vehicle anymore I needed my refund for my warranty I purchased my vehicle from Van Chevrolet in February of 2015 it is now July 2015 and I have yet to receive my refund for my warranty. I have been to equity 3 times to try to pick up my check I am here today now. I called about an hour ago and ask for Julian and I asked him if my check was ready he replied to me yes it was its ready for pick up I arrive at 10:20 hour and 15 minutes later. To find out that they dont have my check and then Julian is not here. The last time I had came Julian have promised me 15 dollars of gas for wasting an hour of my time to drive down this way not to mention the hour back. & I still have not left with my check I would not recommend this place to anyone or anybody if you are looking to get scammed then go ahead but otherwise then go somewhere else stay away from these people they are very con artists they are not good at their jobs theyre only good at taking your money and ruin your credit. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!! Oh yeah and dont be fooled by the good reviews that they have they asked everyone right after the purchase a vehicle for being in that place for 5 hours to please write a good comment on how your experience was before we leave today they even let you use their computers to do so. I know because I was one of them now heres the truth about them. UPDATE: I just received a call from the manager who told me my check was there Monday waiting for me to pick it up. Than asked if someone posted a post on Google and said he was sorry he called me but I was not going to receive any check if I have further questions to have my attorney call them. They will not be mailing or issuing me anything. Good thing I know a good lawyer, and that I was recorded the conversations.

I purchased my car sept 5th 2016, It is now Nov 17th 2016. My visit started off great found the car I wanted, financing worked out and I even got my daughter into a car from Equity. The issue I have is that it has now taken well over 40 days to do my trade-in payoff (3 months after trade in date) and then the amount they submitted to my prior loan company for the trade in payoff wasnt the full amount so I still have a $2900 balance lingering with the loan company on a truck I dont even have anymore?! I have tried calling Equity numberous times, along with emails to the finance manager with no response only excuses as to why I cannot speak to someone in regards to this matter and then be told I should call back at another time. I was finally able to speak to the finance manager because she happen to answer main phone line and she told me she would call me back the next day and it has been over a week now. There is nothing more frustrating then to not know what is going on when it comes to my finances and my credit and to have no control in getting it fixed when I have exhausted my resources. They wont even tell me who the accounting company is that cuts the payoff checks to discuss the matter with them. The sales guys that answer the phone are very unprofessional and act as though you are no big deal and dont matter. They dont offer to forward you to someone has some sort of knowledge or to leave a message or to forward to a voicemail for that matter. It is just plain rude and unprofessional business phone etiquette. Once they take care of the balance remaining then myself, my family and friends will no longer do business with Equity and sadly, I will not refer them to anyone else.

If I could put no stars I would. Do not go to this dealership, they had "Shiny Cars" that they will Bait and Switch you with, and they switch you into a vehicle that is going to break down soon as you leave. This was one of the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. Thank GOD a real dealership is going to help me out and take their piece of junk car off my hands. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE!

SCAM! THROUGH AND THROUGH THIS PLACE IS A SCAM RUN BY BORDERLINE THIEVES! WOAH! What a sad sack of lying thieves! DO NOT EVEN SET FOOT IN THIS PLACE! STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS AT ALL COST!!! Tried to buy a car and they forced all sorts of strange contracts including arbitration agreement!? Well ge tthis the car they tried to sell us was reacquired as a lemon and when i took the carfax to an actual dealer they said the page about the lemon reacquisition was missing as if someone with access to the system simply deleted the info about this car! Was it stolen? Was it a lemon and someone lied about the paperwork so these clowns could try and pawn it off on some poor unsuspecting soul? They advertise low prices because thier cars are reacquired lemons, but the people behind this business are even worse. Heres what happens next. They agree to take a trade in, take my car and let us drive away in a new car, luckily our agreement required a cosigner. Once we realized the documentation on the car they tried to sell us was fraudulent or showed signs of some sort of foul play we refused to complete the deal. Then they asked for the car back and refused to return our car. they threatened to report thier car stolen and claimed they couldnt get our car back. Eventually they realized we were about to do the same and pulled thier sad pathedic heads out of thier asses and returned the vehicle. They play christian music and act happy nice and friendly but they are screwing you left and right. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS AT ALL COST!!!

There is a lot of negative here but I guess Ill be the positive here. Let me start by saying I have always been told the worst feedback is the negative type not told to your face. My girlfriends first visit here was pretty...bad to say the least. Salesman didnt follow up and didnt seem to know his own schedule. We read these reviews and agreed but instead of just reading and going elsewhere, we brought it to their attention. In that we were pleasantly surprised to find a team of individuals that dont have much experience in their field but were willing to take criticism and improve. Our next experience was exponentially better. Our salesmen Spencer was great and very energetic. You could tell he didnt have much experience but he was willing to learn and took any feedback we could give. Hes really a kid that would go far. Plus hes just dead honest and doesnt beat around the bush. If he doesnt know he will tell you he doesnt and try adamantly to find the answer. My girlfriend was able to purchase a lovely jetta and the process was pretty quick compared to our visit earlier buying a vehicle at Peoria Ford. They were able to get her exactly where she wanted payment wise. Going in, just be honest and have a good idea on what you realistically can afford. Also if they rub you the wrong way, let them know. The team seems to be full of newbies to the car business but they are willing and able to learn so give them a chance and ignore the below. Plus look at their prices. That alone makes this place more than worth it
