It seemed like my only option because I had hardly any credit built, so if you have other options that here, take those.I bought my very first car from here after a referral from a family member, I got a 2007 Mazda in very good shape, but I later realized Im paying 3 times as much as I should. Those cars go for about $3000 and Im paying off $10,800. And after looking at the interest rate, and reading through the contract, $16,000. I did not know what I was doing but you live and you learn right? The finance company they have you pay through is so unprofessional and they couldnt even direct me to finance manager, making me believe they dont even have one. I got into an accident back in February and my insurance company sent a check to help pay it off, I asked the finance company multiple times if they had any information on said check and they just said they didnt have access to that info or they didnt have time for that at the moment. Not having time to provide a customer service? Ok. It took 3 months for someone to finally tell me I had to contact an attorney to actually get the check to go all the way through. Then I contact him and its someone elses job. Theyre giving me the run around. Unless you can pay for a car in full and you really want to pay extra, I recommend not going here unless you absolutely have to.

Whoever said keep up the great customer service needs crazy pills! If I could goce no stars I would. I came into financial difficulty though still working AND PAYING ON MY CAR. They ended up repoing my car for a lapse in insurance when I told them I woild purchase insurance on my paydate and are now extorting me in the amount of $430+ to get it back. They are making me pay for a repo that wasnt even necessary sinve my car was parked in my apartments under covering and turned off from them. This was Saturday. All they had to do was give me until Wednesday to provide proof of insurance. Needless to say I need my car for work and ended up missing the first 3 days of work last week because of this. Whenever I call to speak to someone no one knows anything and/or Im directed to call or email Erica...the manager who never answers her phone anymore but when she did she talked over me and even made sterotypical comments toward me before such as, " Do you even have the money to pay your note." I lost it. Especially since I make more money than she does. Smh When I asked to complain to her superior I was given the run around by everyone in the building and no one got back to me. They just want your money and dont care about you. GO SOME PLACE ELSE TO SPEND YOUR MONEY!

It got two stars only because getting the car was the quickest I have ever seen in my life! As soon as my husband paid the money and got his vehicle, he was no longer an interest. He bought a car that was broken down and in less than a week it was in their shop 2 times. The last time they had it for about 5 days and within one hour the truck was doing the same thing again. They said nothing was wrong the first time and said they did all kinds of things to it the second time but couldnt really find anything wrong with it so when it happened the third time my husband didnt even bother taking it in and they kept his engine cover and lost it. As soon as this truck is paid off, my husband will NOT ever go to this place again. Initially we had recommended to 6 people looking for a car and two were about to buy their cars from these people and the first incident happened and one of those people actually walked out of the dealership when they received my text to not go. I understand convenience and low down with not the greatest credit, hence how my husband was snookered but save a little more and use a dealership bad credit car dealer like Mr Ed stay as far away from Cars 2 Go as you possibly can!!!!

This place is great. Single mom looking for a vehicle thats not going to break me. Went to several lots and they all wanted a large DP that i didnt have. Oscar worked with me with what i had. I was able to get into a vehicle the same day. I have had my vehicle now for over a year and have had minimal problems. Recently my check engine light came on because of a sensor and needed to get my emissions done soon. Was having a problem finding the part so i called the lot and spoke with a young man by the name of Perry. Perry was so kind and helpful and took the time to listen to what i have been through with other shops and was more than happy to look at my vehicle first thing the next morning. Great customer service and very professional. Had the most amazing experience with Perry. He is definitely a blessing in my life. Thank you Perry for all youve done for me the last few days. Your amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Keep up the great work and great customer service.

If I could give this place no stars I would. There are full of it. They have the worst customer service, they could careless about you or your financial situation if anything is to happen. I had a car since Jan of 2016 been to the service mechanic about 3-5 times already, and Im still having issues. They like to hound your for a payment and expect you to pay to fix the car also. They cut your car off at random times and different days their isnt a set amount days that it has to be past due. When asked for a managers number NO ONE can provide it. I was told when I purchased the car if I ever fall behind to keep communication and that will help keep my car on, BULLSHIT. I explained to Erica( handles payment arrangements) and updated her on my situation when I lost of job and have been told numerous times that she basically doesnt want to hear it and theres noting she can do. Leaving me stranded in this horrible heat pregnant with no way to pick up my child.. I wouldnt recommend this car place to ANYONE !

Purchased a 2005 Ford Explorer 3 weeks ago. The car was $2500 . Understandably you buy a car as-is I understand that. 2 and a 1/2 weeks after we purchase the car the engine and the engine blocks started to shake severely. A week later the car stalled and the engine burned up. We asked the owner if he could help us out he told me basically He wasnt gonna do it. These people I wouldnt trust them as far as I could throw them .They sold us a car that they knew was broken at the time and Ive called the Better Business Bureau to investigate . Point of this post is make sure you know who your dealing with. They are Wolf in sheeps clothing When my dad and my son went down there to ask for the Smallest amount of help the owner told them that they were loud mouth and all they did was cursed at him and that is untrue. This place is a scam stay away from them
