The past couple months I have been debating on selling my Ram truck however Ive been on the fence of selling it 1) because I am in love with my 5.7L as Ive owned a Hemi truck since my very first car, and 2) I have no idea what I could sell my truck for. Everyday on my commute home from work I see a sign/billboard off Deer valley Rd that claims free appraisals on all trucks and cars. After looking into Valley Car Group online I decided what the heck ill bring it and see what could happen, After pulling into the Lot I was introduced to a few of the employees and theyre all professional and honest in my opinion and what I Thoroughly enjoyed is non of them tried selling me anything all they did was appreciate & acknowledge that I came Into the lot for a free appraisal. After allowing them to thoroughly inspect the vehicle the two gentleman were 100% honest in telling me the only thing they noticed that was abnormal on my truck was the front bumper was replaced (which is true from me pulling into my garage and accidentally clipping the corner on the wall. After about 10-15 minutes they made me an offer that they would buy it on the spot. After receiving an offer on my truck I decide it was in my best interest to sell it on the spot. The offer made was $1,500 more than I planned on getting before manning the courage too bring my truck in. I decided it was a good deal and the best option as I planned on getting into a newer Ram. I received my money on the spot with no hassle. In the following years to come when I decide to sell an automobile I am going to at least contact them too see what they are willing to purchase it for since the operation as a whole I believe deserves 10 stars! This place is a joke. I had been in contact with a salesman for 3 days about a car. He knew I was coming from Tucson to check it out. He continued to tell me to hurry in and take an Uber because cars were going quick and this one was going to sell fast. Well I finally get there Monday morning and the car is a DUMP. its never been vacuumed a day in its life. It stinks. The outside is dirty. The windshield is chipped. He promises they can get it all taken care of, not to worry. He wants me to take it for a test drive so he turns it on and THE AC DOESNT WORK. Youre selling a car in Phoenix without working AC? Youve got to be kidding me! All of the salesmen and manager acted shocked that this was even a possibility. Apparently, they dont even look at the cars theyre trying to flip. Oh and it was over priced by about $4k. Considering the AC didnt work, it was actually overpriced more than that... GO ELSEWHERE.

So, I uber ed up to this place from mesa to look at a specific car. They had it, but due to problems on my end I wasnt able to finance. They spent literally all day doing everything they could for me, but when we all figured out it wasnt working I decided to look at something else. Once everything was in order the process was quick and painless. They made a special effort to find me something comparable in price and options, and because they made me feel like the only one there, we reached an agreement. I drove off in a car I thoroughly enjoy that day! I worked with a couple people, but specifically Dawn and Gary. Those two were dynamite. From what I heard while I was there, its under new management and they run it alot differently. Dont count these guys out! Great service, great deal, great experience. Id definitely go back.

I would not recommend this company to anyone, horrible customer service. I drove off the lot thinking I had a new vehike 10 days later I get notified that my loan wouldnt work and have to resign, they wanted 3 times the amount down and over a $100 more a month. Luckily I was able to get my truck back from the title loan place and not been with out a vehicle. I really hope they get what they deserve as a company. Please stay away unless you want to waste your time and be annoyed at the fact people can be so clueless.

Worst place to buy a car. Dishonest salesmen and very negative atmosphere. A month after I bought my car the front differential exploded and lit my truck on fire. They outright refused to help with any repairs. I would never recommend anyone use this place to buy a used car. Go somewhere else, youll just waste your money here!!!!!!!!

Worst people to deal with especially Greg a manager. I called him to let him know my windshield was leaking after they "had it fixed". Replacing it was part of the deal for me when buying my car, it leaked shortly after and he refuses to even have it looked at. Told me it was never replaced there. Avoid this place.

I would recommend them to anyone. I do not have the best credit situation, but they treated me with a ton of respect and really helped me out! The car runs great and have never had a problem!
