I never order flowers and have seen some pretty tragic "expectations" vs. "reality" photos of flowers arrangements from discount florists so I was a little hesitant and wanted to make sure I picked the right florist. It was important to me that I got something that was nice and looked like the picture because I sent these to someone very special to me for a big day in her life. I decided to go with Keller & Stein because as a former Canton resident I knew they had a good reputation and the online reviews backed it up. They FAR exceeded my expectations. I ordered the "Kami" arrangement, which is a beautiful mix of purple Orchids, calla lilies, and stock. I saw that it was an option to upgrade to "Deluxe" for and extra 10$ or Premium for an extra 20$ and I wondered--is it worth it? I decided to go with the Deluxe because it was a welcome home gift for someone I love dearly. IT WAS WELL WORTH IT! There were so many flowers and they were arranged beautifully. Delivery was within hours of when I placed the order. I am beyond impressed and it truly brought a smile to the recipient. Worth every penny. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for making a floral arrangement deserving of the one-of-a-kind recipient. I would highly recommend this shop and will be using you for my future floral needs.

Last weekend I came into the store with my dad so we could order flowers for his sisters and my aunts funeral. It was later on a Saturday afternoon and their was one employee multi tasking with other customers and phone calls....these flowers were special and important to both of us in more ways than one so that is why we did not order online....Well Nicki was completely amazing in allowing me to select a custom arrangement and very patient with my 86 year old father as well. At the funeral home when we saw the flowers, especially the custom spray, we were more than pleased at Nickis attention to detail and generousity . I know my Auntie was smiling down from Heaven loving all the flowers! OUTSTANDING FLORIST and floral artist Nicki, and I will return again every time I am in need of selection, talent and quality. Horrible customer service!!! The associate did not want to help me and instead directed me to the freezer and said this "is all I got" "unless you want something out there in the case". I kept telling her the general idea of something simple and she was totally unwilling to help out. This was NOT the type of service I would have expected to receive from what I THOUGHT was a reputable florist. The selection inside the case was also HORRIBLE. There were only a handful of flowers of which looked dry and were all small. I will not be referring anyone to this location!!

I had a horrible experience on my wedding day :( My fiance picked up my flowers the day of the wedding, so I didnt get to see them ahead of time. I was given the wrong bridal bouquet, and my arbor was decorated in flowers that I specifically requested not to be used :( My bridal bouquet was $200 and was supposed to be a cascading bouquet, instead I got some round arrangement with weird loops of greenery, it looked horrible! The stress and aggravation this caused really put me in a bad mood on one of the happiest days of my life. Do not trust them with your wedding!

Was very disappointed in the customer care. I felt like I was totally disturbing the person taking our order, so much so, I went to another vendor to handle the churchs needs. Dont even want to rate this one, always had great customer care and arrangements, even though the last arrangement wasnt up to pare. Hope _ _ _ _ _ has a better day, praying for her (I do remember the name, but Im not one to publicly blast on someone).

I went to Keller and Stein Florist for my wedding shower and wedding flowers. This florist went above and beyond!! They flowers turned out AMAZING. The staff was wonderful with every aspect of the planning process and set up the day of the wedding. I would highly recommend this florist to anyone looking for high quality floral arrangements and customer service.

I ordered an insane amount of roses-about 5 dozen for my anniversary 2 weeks ago, and I could not be happier with the turnout. The packaging was beautiful, it came with plenty of the flower food to keep them alive longer. 2 weeks later and they still alive! Ill try posting pictures if I can figure it out.
