Just amazing!!! I called a few previous florists (who were just insanely RUDE) to find a last minute corsage, Westland florist (Barb or Barbara I believe her name was) offered to make me one on spot (and let me tell you... IT WAS BEAUTIFUL, my neice cried seeing it)!!! I will now take my floral needs directly here instead of Livonia as they are professional, adapt to thier customers needs, and defiantly cater to last minute needs!!!! Truly AMAZING customer service, will defiantly recommend then to all my family and friends who still use the "un-named rude florist"!! Thank you so much you guys, this will mean the WORLD to my niece!! And to the wonderful women who answered my call (Im so sorry I did not catch your name) I am FOREVER grateful for how sweet, helpful, and customer focused you were in my time of stress overload! I know the tip for you and the florist wasnt nearly enough for how much you helped me out today, but I sincerely give you my utmost respect and thanks!! I ordered a white basket of yellow roses and daisies to be delivered specifically on a Wednesday (gave them a full day to accomplish). The flowers did not get there until Thursday and that was after I had called the recepient to ask if she had received a delivery and she said no. And after several calls back and forth to Westland Florist to ask why they had not been delivered. On top of that, the recepient received red carnations, 3 beige roses and some maroon colored mums in a green basket. AND ALL OF THAT FOR ONLY $70.

Wonder experience today, it being mothers day I was worried that they would be out of quality flowers...a young lady Farah took time to explain to me the options. They had a huge variety of premium flowers.. I got 2 huge arrangements thinking it would be SO EXPENSIVE...to my surprise it was under $200. I always recommend this place to my friends, alwas sup port small and local businesses...definitely 5 stars !!!!

I ordered two arrangments for my mother in laws funeral. One from here and another from a different local florist. I was dissappointed in the other florist failure to follow special instructions I had included online. BUT Westland Florist and Greenhouse superceeded my expectation of special instructions I had included with their order. Thank you for the beautiful arrangment and your professionalism!

Ordered beautiful in blue for my cousins funeral they were gorgeous. Also they were reasonably priced compared to other florist. Thank you for the great looking vase as well good quality and healthy looking flowers. And they even deliver on Sundays. I will be a returning customer.

I ordered flowers for my Fiance for Valentines day and they turned out to be even better than the picture online. I have had bad experiences in the past but the delivery was right on time and I could not be happier, I will definitely be ordering flowers from them in the future.

I ordered a corsage for my niece to wear to her baby shower. It cost me around 18.00. it was ok. Nothing fancy or very pretty. Ill probably go somewhere else for my flower needs. Alittle disappointed. Oh ya, where was the little teddy bear.
