I called 2 days before I needed to pick up flowers for a couple who were going to Prom and the man who answered the phone was very upbeat and friendly until I asked a question. I knew it was short notice so I asked if they could do an order on such short notice and thats when the attitude started and in a snotty voice said I guess if we have the product in stock we could. Then I mentioned I saw a particular one on the website and his attitude got even worse. So I politely said never mind and hung up. If they dont want my business then I will go elsewhere.

This long time family owned business is the only place I will get flowers. The staff is great and always go over and beyond. There flowers are beautiful and last. Thanks again Boland!

They never delivered the flowers to my girlfriend. It was our first Valentines day, they charged my card and never delivered. Ill never deal with them again. Still no refund.
