Our niece in Garden City, MI took over a Dance Studio on Sep. 6/2016 We could not be there - live in Waterloo, Ontario - so I ordered a bouquet of flowers from Flowers by Renee in Garden City. I called on Friday, Sep. 2 - to give lots of notice. I talked with Fatima, gave her the address, business name and telephone number for the delivery. To my great disappointment, I found out today, that nothing was delivered!! However, my credit card was charged as soon as I placed the order. - Am I upset? You do not even deserve one star - it means one star minus.

Ordered flowers directly from Reneeso website and they never delivered, even though I received a confirmation number and email from them. When I called, they denied receiving my order and told me it was Teleflraso fault p (the online service). When I called Teleflra they said the confirmation number was specifically from Renee and not them because they use a different numbering system. They also stated that Reneeso has been telling other customers the same thing and not delivering flowers.

I was recently married and used flowers by renee. Wow the customer service was great!! And the flowers were beautiful it didnt cost me an arm and a leg like everything else. She was so sweet and everything was just great I will be making more purchases with this company and referring all my friends :) thank you for being apart of my big day!!!
