We found a loveseat in silver that we loved, however we wanted a sofa. The woman informed us they could have a silver sofa ordered in within a couple of weeks. We left our names and numbers and she did not take any other information down in front of us. After waiting 2 weeks, I called and was told it should be any time. After 3 weeks I called and told it will be at most another week and a half. We received a call a week later our couch came in. We drove up to pick it up, and they ordered a brown couch. They have good prices, but small selection. It is unfortunate the the inability to process an order or request of one inept person results in such dissatisfaction. She even impressed upon us that we ordered the brown. No admittance of mistake on their end. I implore you to not support a business with such lack of organization, and ineptitude of how to run a business.

We had the most fantastic experience with Roadside Furniture! My daughter waited until the week she was moving into her own place to order a sectional. Todd walked us through the process, answered her MANY questions, and quoted 3 weeks for delivery, as the couch had to be ordered. He not only gave her the best price around (huge savings!!) - but he was able to deliver the couch in less than 2 weeks - pretty amazing considering ive had to wait 6-8 weeks for most of my furniture orders. Great service, great prices!!
