DO NOT GO HERE! While there, my mother and I were looking for a new phone for her to start service and joined me in a family plan. This took place just after she finished her chemo treatment for the day. During the whole time we were given rude service and whenever a Spanish-speaking customer came in they took priority over us as well as any other non-speaking customer. Afer 30 minutes being treated this way, my mother and I both left, went to Sprint and joined their family package. I was with MetroPCS for 2 years, but it only took 30 minutes to lose two customer.

They are very rude here will not help u what at all even for simple questions about phones i was over charged and told by the "manager"its the stores discretion on what to charge i actually changes services because of this store!

Worst services ever over charging all the time the girls there arent knowledgeable at all! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Going to Cedar lake Rd store its worth the wait. Its a reason why that store is always pack.!
