I would not recommend this store to anyone. I went in to see if they could fix my sons phone and they talked me in to upgrading. They lied about everything they told me. I now have a $400 bill for kids cell phones. I have tried to return the phones only to be told they will charge me $200 to return them. NEVER Do business with this store. Everything they told me was a lie. They switched my phone plan to"unlimited" only I have now found out Verizon doesnt have unlimited. The will say anything to sell you a phone even if it means lying. Beware if you use this store. Take the time to drive to a real Verizon store where they have integrity and not use this authorized retailer.
