Really really smooth and easy experience. I had a very complicated situation going into T Mobile where I needed 3 phones ported from 3 different services and still wanted upgrade options when the new iPhone comes out seeing as I needed to get new phones because Sprint wouldnt unlock ours. They took care of EVERYTHING that I needed for LESS than was I was expecting pay. Not only that, I received extra lines for free. Now I can get a tablet or an additional phone for when I need it. Vik is a great guy and his team are all just as amazing with their outstanding customer service skills. While in store, I saw a woman come in extremely erratic and complaining non stop about there service and the phone she had. By the end of her trip she was walking out laughing and satisfied. This is definitely what you like to see. They are very good about following up and making sure everything is in order even after the lines have been set up. Great store. Great experience. Would highly recommend this location if you are looking to switch carriers to T-Mobile.

Went into this store for the first time. My phone was broken beyond repair. The young men in there could not have been more helpful. Did not sell me more than I wanted. They helped in every way they could. I have been in many T-Mobile stores and this was the best customer service Ive ever experienced with this company. Still happy with my phone several weeks later. Worth the trip for me.
