I was trying to find a couple twin mattresses and started by calling around town. This was the only store I called that quickly answered the phone and transferred me to home furnishings....and someone actually picked up my call. The employee was helpful and actually knew the inventory. He even went back and measured them to make sure I got the right height. Exceptional service and phone etiquette. An older store with old fashion customer service.

Surprisingly good deals on new video games if you have a rewards card. But you might have to work at it, because the employees dont always know about the deals themselves. And last time I wanted a new game that was released that day, they didnt even have it on the shelves... luckily they were in the back (this is at 7 PM).

Its amazing how this store is still in business cannot find an employee to help you with anything and when you do they act like you are the one disturbing them not a single one is very nice. Shopko is so much better than Kmart by far

K-Mart. Love K-Mart, but customer service is not great(standard K-Mart experience). Love the layaway. Store usually empty, expect closure sooner than later, lease on the building is up in a year.
