I went to the store to take my siblings shopping for back to school, I had two high schoolers and a grade schooler with me, we were there shopping for about two hours wondering the whole store because we need a vast range of sizes when it comes to the three kids. While we were in the childrens section one of the kids started messing with the manikin that was set on the floor at child level, he wasnt doing anything terrible and put it back the way it was before we walked away as we were leaving the section a women worker asked not to mess with the manikins, with no other words we walked away and started to look at backpacks before we left to go check out with the items we had. As we were looking threw the backpack the same worker that asked us to stop playing with the manikins ran up to us and started accusing us of putting things in our bags with out paying for them. One my 8 year old sibling was pushing the basket the whole time and our bags were in the basket the only time we went near the basket was to put the clothes that we decided we wanted in the basket. Anyway startled at her comment I answered back I havent taken anything and I havent even went close the front doors, and on top of that we werent ready to check out yet. She then started to go threw our basket and my own personal bag checking everything all while this is happening the manager is watching her. After she finished she then said she had some customer complaints about us stealing. Well thats funny because the store was dead. After she basically assulted us we went to purchase our items at the front counter. When we arrived the manager was standing there. And acting like she didnt see anything she asked us how her day was going, at this point I felt like I was going to blow up on somebody. At this moment in time the stores having a sale on a lot of their clothes there was a male cashier try to cash it out and when he rang up some items and I told him that they were 50% off he rolled his eyes at me and made me walk back to the store to show him where I got the items because he didnt think that they were actually 50% off. So all in all I felt extremely disrespected on this visit to the store and I would never go back!

This store is complete trash! Nothing is organized. Things on shelves are always scattered. The whole store smells of BO! All the music they play is Mexican crap. Its like a tornado hit the store and they just didnt care enough to clean things up. The employees barely speak English and the cashiers roll their eyes at customers and talk bad about their customers to other employees, while they have customers right in front of them! Like its such an ordeal to have to help someone, or check out their purchases for them. .but to tap their fingers and give a dirty look at a customer who is paying with cash?! This store should be shut down and never opened again! Its just plain filfthly and the employees are rude, unhelpful and obviously dont want to be there. I got a gift card for Sears for Christmas, but Ill be giving it back. I refuse to shop at this store! And anything Ive ever ordered online, I always end up sending it back because it was wrong in some sort of way, or if I have to call their help line..oh god! I dont think ANY of their employees enjoy their jobs. Because talking to them on the phone, is just like dealing with the employees at this store location! Just when they think theyve put you on hold and you cant hear them, they havent and you can hear every complaining word they say about you and the fact that they hate dealing with the public and how much they cant stand you and reiterate in a snide tone, everything you called about to get resolved! If the employees hate their job so much, dont work a job. But it also reflects on the management. Plain and simple. .AVOID SHOPPING SEARS AT ALL COSTS. .ONLINE OR AT THEIR STORES!!

If I could give a review of zero stars, I would definitely do so. I now do not wonder why there was no one in the store and you are going out of business. I grabbed the item I was looking for and went over to check out the chain saws. I was looking at them for about 20 minutes as 2 employees sitting on chairs continued to just play on their phones complaining about the cell service they were getting. Pretty ironic since I wasnt getting any. It wasnt until I walked away from the section that one of them asked if I needed help, while still sitting down. I simply said, no thanks, dont bother getting up. I then went over to the check stands to pay for the item I was getting. I stood in line for a couple of minutes and then the cashier had to ask for assistance to check me out from another cashier that was also sitting on a bench in front of the store. She rang up my item and asked for my phone number for their loyalty program. I declined as I normally do not shop here. The item came up at 1 dollar more than the sales price where I grabbed it. I brought this to the attention of the cashier and she did that a lot of times it is because of the loyalty program. I assured her that the price was incorrect and the price had nothing listed about being more expensive if I wasnt a loyalty member. She told me thats the way it is and didnt even offer to check on it for me. I took my money back and went across the street to Lowes and bought my item there. I will not be sad when this store closes is doors for good. Horrible experience.

I purchased a Mattress from them, They told me they couldnt have it delivered to the store, but they could charge me extra to deliver to my house or i can pick it up from their Distribution center. I tried numerous times to pick it up from the distribution center and every time I go there its closed, i called in and finally found out that weekends the distribution center is closed at 1130 am on Saturday and Closed Sunday and Closed at 1pm mon-fri. I have never experienced worst customer service, It is so inconvenient to purchase anything from them unless you want to pay extra for home delivery. How unaccommodating this process makes me Never want to purchase from Sears again. I would rate this 0 stars if it would allow me, The sales associate had no clue what he was talking about when I inquired about the Mattresses. They didnt know where the distribution center even was. I was on hold for 27 min trying to get an address and phone number for the distribution center only to find out that they work when its most inconvenient for everyone else. I am shocked with how unbelievably difficult it is to just pick up a mattress i bought over a week ago. Take my word for it, its not worth saving a dime to deal with this company its a freaking Joke! Trust me!
