I called Monte on a Saturday when our fridge went out and he called back quickly, and instead of just trying to send a guy out or sell me something he took the time to tell me several things to check that I may be able to do on my own and save some money. Very helpful. A few months later my fridge finally went out and I got a reconditioned used one from him. One of his technicians, Dale, came out to tweak a minor overheating problem it was having from a fan getting stuck during the move and install. Dale was a real helpful, nice guy who explained everything he was and why. Saved me a TON from getting a new fridge. Ill definitely use these guys again.

They care more about making money then about customer satisfaction. I would recommend going to the appliance exchange of Utah because they are customer driven people. Thats the appliance exchange of Utah, when my washer broke they covered it under their one year warranty and fixed it with no cost and fixed the part that broke. When my fridge broke from here, they charged me $70 for labor and they wouldnt refund the rest of the money but made us pay Extra for a different fridge. My fridge broke after only 3 months.... I wont be a customer ever again.

Bought my washer based on photos. It came dirty and never spun correctly. I should have returned it but i didnt want the hassle and I thought I could live with it. But one year later, the washer has a serious spinning problem. Im not saying you shouldnt buy from this dealer just saying go check the appliance out first. They clearly didnt test my washer. Make sure you do due diligence.

Went to this store during open business hours and the open sign was lit up but door was locked and there was a sign with a phone number to call. I called the phone number and it was off and the mailbox was full. If the owner cant even bother to be at the store or answer the phone /check messages during business hours its not really the place a want to spend my money.
