We purchased a sink from this company on a Saturday near closing time. The salesperson put our name and a sold sign on the sink. We then designed our entire kitchen around this sink. Imagine our dismay when we returned the following Saturday to pay for the sink and set up delivery to find that the sink had been sold to someone else that morning!! Apparently, for this business, sold really means hold. No one told us this! No one tried to contact us to tell us our sink was going back on the floor. Believe me, we would have paid for the sink immediately had we known. VERY, VERY bad business with very little apology for their errors. Will NEVER shop there again and will tell all my friends to avoid this business!
