The competitive prices, attentive friendly service and very knowledgeable staff have keep us coming back to this Sears Appliance Location. Over the course of multiple purchases since our first on Black Friday, we have gotten to know the wonderful manager, Candace. Her willingness to go the extra mile to take care of you is greatly appreciated. This past visit, the salesperson, Chris, took extra time with us to ensure our questions were answered and needs were met. He even took the time to follow up with us after delivery which is a nice touch. Even the delivery driver was awesome, he called the evening prior, and called again to let us know he ahead of schedule and could arrive early if we were available. Great experience from start to finish!

Purchased a washer and dryer In late May with all the bells and whistles. I now realize I HATE the washer it has way to many options" LG Smart Drum" and I need a step stool to get small items out of the drum. Im 55 I have call this store 4 times and it always goes to voice mail.

Staff was friendly, but its Sears. Wanted to charge for delivery. I went over to Best Buy & bought my washer and dryer. Better price & free delivery. I dont know how Sears stays in business. They havent been competitive for years.
