Wont even give any stars to this company. Sales man Michael Seabrook says himself as a general manager, but has no reponsibilites towards the customer once the money is paid in full, doesnt even care about devliery of the appliances on time or not, all the appliances bought from them, their installer doesnt even know proper installation, no response from any one from the company, whenever called the front desk, lady named melissa answers the phone, takes the messages for mike and no answer from them either by phone or email. worst company i have gone through and they sell you the outdated products saying that they are giving us the best deal. i would never recommend this place to anyone Beware of their delivery time and improper installation which ruins your appliance. once installed they dont even check if the appliances is working properly or not and if we call them they tell us to contact the applaince company to fix it. why are we paying money for a brand new appliance and hae to call the company to fix it? its their responsibilty to fix it. Misses out the parts for example the stainless steel panel for refrigerators and freezers and dishwasher and when call they say its not on the invoice. really tired with this company and i would like towarm the people out there to check out everything before making a purchase at all state appliances sepcailly with mike seabrook, gordon, melissa front desk lady. one more thing, when i bought the equipment they say person named "Ric" from gaggenau will come for training and bring cookware set,, its been 3 months and as of yet nobody has came or doesnt even reply to emails or phonecalls.

I purchased $17,900 of appliances which ended up being either delivered late, the wrong product was delivered, or delivered in multiple trips (which means nothing gets installed by the installer until all appliances are on site). The vent hood (Vent A Hood brand) was miss-specified by the sales person: where I needed an island hood by the architects drawings I provided he ordered a wall hood. Allstate effectively refused to change out the hoods (though the distributor was perfectly willing to take the wrong hood back) and my kitchen has been finished for three months except for this one remaining Vent A Hood. Allstate also never gave me the appropriate forms for rebates on my Bosch appliances which I only received seven months after Allstate promised it thanks to Boschs corporate intervention. Warning, Allstate uses a fulfillment center called Arizona Appliance Liquidators whose fulfillment center mixes A and B goods and whose delivery process is fraught with poor communication and inconsiderate delivery people. Ive left a dozen voice mails to the manager and havent gotten a single return call. Dont be fooled by the impressive Scottsdale showroom, the business practices behind it will make you regret ever dealing with Allstate.

Absolutely the WORST experience I ever had. Purchased and paid in cash Gaggenau appliances 3 month before our move in, when the delivery date approached their delivery guys came to my house with 2 of my 7 appliances i had purchased, the delivery guy did not know where rest of my stuff was at, One of them opened his back trunk on his Toyota and took out my $5500 cooktop opened with no box nor any papers and asked me where do you want me to put it at!!!!! Still at this point i do not have the registration paperwork for it. When I called the office Garron the sales rep said start with biggest lies how everything was in back order, I called the distributor and they verified everything was in stock. I went to the office to see when I would receive my items, Mike gave me the worst approach and ended up cancelling on me when I caught him in his lies. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.

I am sorry to say that this was by far the worst experience I have had dealing with anyone. I have dealt with some horrible used car salesmen before and this appliance place puts them all to shame. They have no common sense what so ever. They delivered a defective refrigerator and had the audacity to want to charge us 25% restocking fee when we requested to exchange it. I am appalled at their business practices and can not fathom how could someone let $35k worth of a sales fall through because they do not want to work with the customer and resolve some issues that in my opinion could have easily been rectified. Thanks to them we ended up going to Spencers and saved an additional $1200 because they were running a special when you buy a refrigerator, stove-top, and oven.

Id give them a zero if I could! Horrible installation and customer service! Dont by from them if you can possibly help it. We had to buy from them since it was through our new home builder. It is now over 6 weeks since we moved into our home and our refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher have not been completely installed. The units havent been leveled and the trim kit still hasnt been installed. Horrible communication between them and the cabinet installers. There were parts missing from the dishwasher and the freezer and we were told by the sales guy Garon that its not their problem. We bought a complete dishwasher and freezer and expect Allstate to deliver and install complete appliances.

Allstate provided the appliances for our new home 21 years ago and all but the dishwasher (just replaced it once and it was a manufacturers issue not Allstates) are still ticking. They offer a broad range of mid to high-end home appliances displayed effectively in a well ordered and maintained show room. Their staff is friendly and knowledgable. Furthermore, this family-owned firm has done a wonderful job in showcasing local chefs and the latest cooking appliances by sponsoring "Foodie Friday" each week. We are currently in the process of making kitchen appliance selections for a new home that is under construction and Allstate has been an important partner in this effort.

I would also give them a zero. Bought five appliances from them. Three of five arrived damaged and the panel ready fridge had a scratch and dent sticker on the back.....glad the installer noticed this. Accident?????? One of the owners (Mike Seabrook) gave me his cell phone number ,but never once called me back on a date or time promised by him. I have been involved in specialty retail for over 30 years and this place is the best of the worst. I could go on about the delays, problems and poor experiences but I have already wasted too much time with this bunch. By the way, on a $17k sale they gave me $200 for my troubles....what a joke!!!

Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. We bought all new appliances for our kitchen. Foodie Fridays were essential in helping us understand and appricieate the features and uses of our modern appliances and helping us to come to a reasoned, informative decision on what to by. Garron was very flexible and patient with the longer time we needed to come to a decision. Delivery was efficient and thorough. The dilivery guys insisted we open and inspect all items to make sure they were the ones we ordered and were not damaged.

Absolutely disastrous service. I bought a subzero wine cooler over a month ago but it was delivered with the wrong front. I have been trying to get this problem fixed since without success. I bought the unit from Ray Lockrem and since he failed to correct their mistake I have been talking to his boss, Mike. Also Mike hasnt been dealing with it correctly, leaving me as a customer to call them over and over, also going to the show room and they promise to deal with it and then absolutely nothing happens.
