Oh my gosh that was awesome! I called them up and they had the lowest diagnostic charge by far of any other company Id called. Joe came out within 15 minutes, and diagnosed and fixed my freezer within 10 minutes at a VERY reasonable price. He also added a year warranty to the part he replaced and then gave me a bunch of tips on how to maintain my freezer. I feel very confident that it will last me a very long time! Im so thrilled! Very polite, professional, and kind. I couldnt be happier! --- UPDATE: 9 months later and Im selling my freezer because I just dont use it very much. The reason it was broken in the first place is do to an error in transporting. I called Joe again today to understand the risks in transporting a freezer on its side and he was VERY helpful again. He explained exactly what I need to be aware of in helping the new owners to get it home safely, and said if I have any questions at all about anything in the future, to give him a call. EXCELLENT customer service. This guy really knows his stuff, and how to help a customer feel confident about their appliance! I just want everyone to use this business. I wish all businesses operated this way! 10 Stars!

I bought a refurbished fridge and had nothing but problems from a week or two after i got it, I had Joe out 3 different times to fix it with no success. Now they are saying I am out of my 90 day warranty and will do nothing else to help me. Plus they dont know whats wrong with it. They said the can refer me to another company but the repair costs would be on me! They say they have lost money on the fridge now so they wont refund me any money either!! Plus when I told them I wasnt satisfied with their service, I was told to do what I had to do because they would do nothing else for me! Do not trust this company!!

Ive called Joe from Wise Appliance three times over the last several years. He always arrives right away and is very courteous and helpful. He fixes the problem right away and for a VERY reasonable rate. The first time, I called him for a second opinion on a problem that another repairman had quoted me hundreds of dollars to fix. Joe fixed it same day for $80.

I would highly recommend Wise Appliance. Joe was very helpful and easy to work with. Our fridge stopped cooling, so we called Joe. His rate was alot cheaper than his competitors, and he arrived on time. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. I will definitely being using Wise Appliance for any future appliance needs.

We ended up needing to fix our washer quickly. With kids, you know how fast it gets out of control. Joe came to our house the next day, picked up the part and it was all fixed within 2 hours. He was very professional yet very personal. The fee was reasonable and wed recommend him full-heartedly for all your appliance needs.

Apparently its Obamas fault that they cant fix my freezer... and this was assessed (supposedly) over the phone when I told them my fridge was 8 or 9 years old. Give me a break..... I suggest going to more a knowledgeable company if you need repairs on your appliances.

We had an appointment with Joe scheduled but he was so kind and such an expert in diagnosing the problem, he explained what we needed to do ourselves to fix the problem. We had to cancel the appointment, but will for sure use Wise Choice appliance in the future!
