Heard good reviews about this used appliance place. My fridge gave out, I called and asked if they had any for $200 or less. They said they did, and that delivery to my house would be free. I am pregnant and had three kids under age 6 with me. When we walked in, there were two men at the front who just sat there. Neither one stood up, only one kid acknowledged a bit and kind of said "what do you need" I told him a fridge and he said "theyre over there," pointed, continued to sit and mess around on his phone. I wandered over and looked at a few. An elder gentlemen in the back asked if he could help me. He was kind but working with chemicals and sprays. His hands were black and greasy (which is understandable in that place) but he shook my four year olds hand and then gave my two year old a kiss on the lips and grabbed his face, which was, yes grandfatherly of him, but inappropriate and it turned my kids hands and face black. He said he could give me a nice side by side fridge he was working on for $250 (which I was pleased about) but itd be 25 to deliver and they only drop it at the driveway. I then asked if there was anything we could do to get it into the house and get rid of the old one (seeing as Im pregnant). I dont think he understood he was hard of hearing and wasnt in charge. So he went back to work in the back. we went over and looked at the other fridges. I was obviously wrangling us all together and wanted out of there quick, but still no one came over. All of these were smaller than the one the older gentlemen said hed give, they were dirty and $300. I walked over to the front where the two men were on the phone and computer just looking at stuff online. The other man, Jesse (supossed to be in charge) finally acknowledged me and I told him "they told me you had $200 fridges on the phone." He said he sold a lot that day but lets go look. He goes over to the fridges wed seen before and says "I can give you this one for $250, or this one." My 4 year old son starts to shut the door on one and the man explains they have to keep the doors open or they get hot and smelly. My son was confused and smiled "Ill help you close them" The man was getting more upset with my kids and more interested in getting me out of there than selling me a fridge. I will note, that the dirty fridges were all unplugged anyway and he couldve just opened the door when we left. Even so, I asked my son to leave them open and not to touch anything and he stopped. I started to ask the man about the delivery and hook up, but then my two year old reached out and touched the light sensor button on one of the fridge doors (which again does nothing because the fridge is unplugged) The man lost it and yelled very loudly at him "No! No! Do not touch that! No!!" My two year old hugs me, bawling and the man just sits there not responding to my question and acting like I owe him something. I was so upset that hed yell at my kid and treat me like Im not even there. I shook my head, picked up my two year old, said "thank you" and left. He never said another word, he watched us walk out, probably glad I left. Think or side with who you will, but that isnt how I feel a child or a woman deserves to be treated. I was obviously pregnant, obviously hands were full and no one offered to help. I will add that the review under me, by Jesse Anderson is the guy thats in charge that yelled at us. If you have to review your own company at least hide your name and pic. My husband was so upset when I told him. We will never ever step foot in there again.

I went here due to it having good reviews. I had my lawnmower fixed here and bought a snowblower at the same time. I was guaranteed the snowblower worked but that the fuel line was disconnected for summer storage. The mower has never been totally fixed correctly and the snowblower would not work. They stated it was my fault that the snowblower would not start and they should have charged me to look at it. I got a hold of an old work associate that repairs machines. Once he looked at it he stated it was beyond repair and it would due to auger shaft being broke. I chopped this up to an expensive mistake and will never go back here again.

Dont go here!! We took our lawn mower here to be serviced and have the carborator fixed. $150 later our lawn mower still isnt fixed, it still wont start. We took it back a 2nd and they said they fixed it. It worked for one month and then the same problem kept occurring. I called and asked what exactly they fixed with the mower and he said "I dont know. Its in my book keepers office and he is out of town for 2 weeks." This is the owner telling me this btw. Anyway he said bring it in again and I can look at it. I asked him if I could get my money back he told me no. This guy will rip you off. Dont waste your time here.

Not only did we get a great deal on a really good fridge, they offered to bring the fridge to our driveway for no extra charge. When Jesse got here with the fridge and saw we had no one to help us get in in, he called his son who put off his dinner plans and came right over. They spent about an hour bringing the fridge in, switched the doors to the other side, and hauled the old fridge off. We are very grateful for the extra time and effort that they put in for us. You have gained our loyalty. We will be customers for life! Thank you again for all you did for us. Its nice to have such good people in the world!

I needed a part for the dryer so I went here and they had it. Great little local place that does more than appliances. They also had lawn mowers and snow blowers out front for sale. They also sell and trade firearms (possibly under a different business name). My wife went here about a year back for a washer part and they didnt have it so they sent her to another shop which did carry it. Great people that care about helping others.

I purchased my washer and dryer here. Both in great condition and still are running great after almost a year. They even gave me the exhaust duct I needed at no extra cost. I have always received excellent customer service from these guys. I also pawned my gun here and some snowboard boots. They gave me close to what I was asking which is better that I have gotten at other places I have pawned.

Showed up to see if he had a small electrical part I needed for my dryer. He went out back, found me a like part. When I asked how much he wanted for it, he said "Merry Christmas." Didnt get any major service done, but their customer relations are top notch. Will do business with them again!
