Had a great experience with Valleywide Appliances Sales and Service. Our refrigerator sounded like a blender when the fan unit kicked on, so it was only a matter of time before it would "conk out." Upon my initial phone call, I got a voicemail, didnt leave any message as I was frantic and calling numerous places, but I received a return call promptly from Andy. He was able to come out the same day and even accommodated our work schedules. Though the part needed wouldnt be available until the next day, Andy did manage to solve the "blender" issue by reattaching the fan blade which had come loose. To get to the point of this review, Andy was knowledgeable, professional, and a really nice person. Fixed the problem at a very reasonable cost, and even took the time to trouble shoot an issue we were having with our oven. Would and will definitely use Valleywide Appliance Sales and Service again!

Incredible service! My dryer was not drying completely and required two cycles to do the job. I was able to deal with that, but then my washer just completely quit working. I called several places and nobody was able to come out that day (Friday) and everyone said theyd get to it Monday. But Andy from Valleywide Appliances Sales and Services came out within hours, diagnosed the problem, and fixed the washer. I have to test the dryer a few times to ensure its drying properly but he said to keep in touch over the next couple days to make sure. He already followed up today (Saturday) to see how they were working. Professional, courteous, and fairly priced. Call these guys!

I highly recommend Valleywide Appliances for your services and repair needs. I found them on Yelp and Andy responded right away and made an appointment for the next day to look at my gas stove. Andy was quick to diagnose the problem and gave us his honest opinion on how best to fix / proceed with the issue. He seemed very knowledgeable and did not try to sell us parts or other repairs (e.g the motherboard) that would have been unnecessary money spend. He even went above and beyond to look at an unrelated issue that I was curious to get his opinion about. I will keep Andys contact handy as my future appliance repair person, keep up the good work!

My refrigerator broke down over the weekend needless to say, it was a major inconvenience. I found Valleywide Appliances on Yelp, the reviews were excellent, so I sent them an email on Superbowl Sunday expecting that nobody would respond till Monday morning. Andy responded to my request within minutes, he scheduled an appointment for the next day, how awesome is that? He arrived on time, was very friendly and professional, showed me exactly what was broken, replaced it, and voila, my fridge is working again!

He has helped us with almost every other appliance issue since then (purchased a washer and dryer and upright freezer, service on our freezer, oven door, and microwave door). Andy stands behind his work and his products. He helps in emergencies and makes sure that everything is working properly!

He could of sold me on several parts that needed to be replaced in our dishwasher, but instead he gave me his honest opinion, which saved us from the cost of further repairs.
