Love the Lands End merchandise. But I love about 45 minutes away and when I was there last Sunday, I bought a white sweater and planned on wearing it today because I have to go straight from work at 7:15 AM to meetings after work, dinner out etc and thought the sweater would work well for all of it. Discovered when I went to put on the sweater, they left the security thing on it! And no, the door did not make any alert noises when I left. So annoyed right now. I have no idea when I will have a chance to get back up there again and it will be a madhouse whenever I do with Christmas coming. Think Ill stick to buying Lands End online and not give Sears my business anymore.

What a joke!!! We wanted a serta mattress and the moron at the desk ordered us a beauty rest. I just recieved my delivery confirmation and took a day off work for the wrong item. I asked the idiot salesperson 3 times to make sure we are getting the serta hybrid extra firm, and since he didnt seem to interested in even being at work, he screwed me out of my mattress and a days pay. Tried to call into sears help line, that was of course, totally useless. Now I have to wait until tomorrow morning at 10am to call the clowns and try to get my delivery stopped, what a nightmare, last time I will buy anything from any sears store.

Customer service was nice yet incompetent, trying to return registry items was like watching the teletubbies on a non stop loop. I wanted to scream. NEVER register at Sears its such a pain to return stuff. If you do make sure you keep all the packing slips. Your item being purchased off the registry is not enough for them to return it like other modern stores (ie Macys). No wonder why Sears is dying like a worm eaten tree. Terrible. Believe me, I didnt believe other online reviews about their awful registry set up. Take my advise, dont do it.

For appliances and electronics, Sears has always been pretty good to my family and me. The selection isnt quite as massive as at some electronics specialty stores, but its enough to offer a solid array of choices without being truly overwhelming, and they carry some good brands. You can get some decent deals if youre patient. The extended service plans can be a little pricey, though.

The rep at the counter was nice, however I received a gift from my son without a receipt and wanted to exchange it towards a $700 tool box. They said without a receipt they could exchange or give me a merchandise credit. So I left without buying a new tool box.

TERRIBLE SERVICE WE BOUGHT A WEDDING BAND SET HERE AND THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE 2 WEEKS TO GET SIZEF FOUR WEEKS LATER IT WAS IN WITH 2 DIAMONDS MISSING AND MAIN DIAMOND VERY LOOSE. Will never do any kind of business. Here ever again

Be cautious when purchasing appliance merchandise. Last year I bought a refrigerator filter and was signed up for a subscription unwillingly. Sales associates euse credit card information to gain commission. BIG Problem.

The Manager was offily rude! I was returning an item and she was treating me like i had no right to be there! Forget Sears, im headed to Macys and im going to make sure my family and friends head there too! Pshh.

Layed away a dryer on line, when picking up I found out that I didnt need it. Sears returned it with no hassle. Right at the pick up computer. No fees. No problems. Returned my cash immediately. Nice!
