Nasty, Dark and Dingy. I am used to Wal Mart being a little rough around the edges, but this one seems to invite trouble.The store manager there told me that, when you go to a wal mart, if there are no self checkout aisles, then that area is a high crime, high theft area.The 2 walmarts in this area are self checkout aisle free.This area seems to be filled with less than savory types whose kids run a muck and husbands seem to oogle youngsters.My children wouldnt leave my side as men were staring and following us.At this point I left my cart full of (probably expired) items in the middle of the aisle and left.The store paid no attention to cleanliness and the associates we extremely rude.The lighting in there made it seem like it was cold and rainy, but out the doors it was sunny and 85.There was a feeling, that like as in you need to sanitize your entire body, after being there.The shelves were one step from empty and what was there had a dusty feeling.They need to close for a few weeks, do some deep cleaning and retrain all the employees on customer service.If you are a local then I guess this is the norm, but if you are a visiting family on vacation with kids steer clear of this and any area East of I-4.The drive to get to other stores may be further, but ask yourself if your safety is worth the extra 1/2 hour travel time. Before I resided in the area, I vacationed a lot. Therefore I have been coming to this Walmart in my community for a while. Customer service is not really great at #0817. Today on a Wednesday evening, I am ready to get through self check out, when I was directed to go to the register. Upon getting there, the cashier rudely started to scan my items without any greeting at all. Let me mentioned that is pretty common in this store. I calmly asked her if this store was one of the busiest in Orlando. She replied yes. Then I asked her : why is the customer service so poor? Well, oh my, J** proceeded to tell me exactly these following words: " If you worked here, you would understand. We are overworked, underpaid, and understaffed. If you do not like the customer service you should try going to a smaller market." To give J** a chance to reflect on her comments , I explained that we the customers should not have to pay for whatever is going on between her and Walmart or the staff and Walmart. Well guess what: that Market is called TARGET.

Dont let your guard down in this Walmart. It may be a mix of tourists and locals but people are still out of control here and Walmart and the police will do nothing. I was leaving the store when I was almost run down by a vehicle in the parking lot. The driver hit my cart while swerving around me. He then threatened to assault me for damaging his car. We both went on our way. Later while loading groceries into my car, the same man and his friend damaged my car, punched my girlfriend in the face and assaulted me. The security never showed up, other customers kept walking by, and the police took forever to arrive. When they did, we were treated like the aggressors and were talked down to, even though there were countless witnesses. We had even acquired an identification that fell out of the mans pocket. Apparently Walmart didnt have cameras that were working properly either because no one was able to get the footage. Do not go here and think you are safe. This man could have had a fun and shot us and no one would have done anything!

I am a local I actually live in Florida when it takes 2 hours to check out there is a huge problem. Walmart you need to hire more people to work on your registers plus hirer people that are not so rude. There are tons of people that actually need a job and you dont hirer people. Plus the self checkouts are ridiculous you can only do 20 items or less now what is the point of even having them! Do you even want to make money? Plus it is super hot in your store, phone rings off the hook which no one answers very annoying, I really think there needs to be a line for just locals. There were only three normal registers open. I have to be up at 7am in the morning but had to get my son school clothes. i got to your store at 10:30pm it is now 1am that I am leaving your store! I am done shopping at Walmart especially in florida I will take my business to a different location for groceries.

Me encanta porque tiene de todo, farmacia, supermercado, giftshop, locales donde comer. El problema son los cajeros, una vez me quisieron cobrar como 30 dólares de más por ingresar mal un código y la segunda vez me dieron vuelto de menos porque no tenían cambio en la caja. Además no tienen suficientes máquinas para la gente discapacitada, fuimos con mi mamá que no puede caminar no pudimos conseguir una.

If youre shopping after 5p on any day-- take my advice and just dont shop here! This is the Walmart closest to the Disney parks and resorts. Not only do a bunch of tourists frequent this place, but so do the Disney workers. Its almost always busy, parking is difficult at best, a nightmare at its worst. I will say they do a remarkable job of keeping the place clean, considering the foot traffic! Also, Ive always gotten good service when Ive been here. This is not a place for anyone with high levels of anxiety though. The only time Ive been to this place and it wasnt super busy was at around 4am. Theres a decent selection of souvenirs and a great market selection. It is a little confusing finding some stuff, but if you ask someone they almost always know how to point you in the right direction.

Everytime I visit this Walmart it is the same old story. I am a local and choose to drive ten minutes out of my way to go to Target instead. The staff is all rude and make you feel like you are inconviencing them by being there. The auto center is unorganized and the staff is incredibly rude. There are usually only 2-3 registers open and the store is a mess. I used to shop here until a few nights in a row they were restocking and had rude people all over who were not in uniforms, it was like they hired volunteers and it was scary. Do not shop here! There is a target around the corner.... Pretty sad when a walmart stock holder encourages people to go elsewhere!

Hi, I had a sad experience in this supermarket (3250 vineland rd). My 3 years old son falled down from the cart with his head in the ground and hurt a lot. While I was asking for help and looking for my husband, my purse have been stolen. I called for the police department. I spent all day in the supermarket. The policeman and the walmart´s security saw the camera and probably they know who stoled my purse. They found the purse, but the robber took my wallet with all my credit cards, my and my family passports, 1200 dollars (all my money), my drive license and my job identification. The supermarket didnt help me! Sorry about my english. I am brazilian!
