Im very disappointed in the Walmart pharmacy here. I have been put on the back burner as far as my prescription goes. And I wanted to see if that were the case. So I dropped my prescription off yesterday Tuesday after 7 pm . They said they would have to call my doctors office it would be tomorrow before I could get them so I said OK. O got a call this morning that they left a message and now we wait I said OK. So I call at 3 today Wednesday and ask had they heard anything she said no. So I ask could they call again. She said yes. So later around 6 I hadnt heard anyone g so I call and she said they hadnt heard anything. I said I dropped this off yesterday. She said yes we called them yesterday and today. Well I spoke up and said they were closed yesterday and the pharmacist said they would call in the morning. I said I think Im being lied to. Of course she did not like it and said thats all they could do I said thank you and she slammed the phone down I travel so Im always in a different state and all the other Walmarts had the phone call made and the medication ready in two hours .. all of them. They thru it to the side and never worked on it after they left a message. We all know when you call it ask arduous a doctor pharmacist press a certain number. They just didnt stick with getting my prescription filled. So now 3 days no medication. The worst part the pharmacy staff lied to me.so that means how can I trust them . They say they work for us and our health .. is that true ?

Terrible customer service, checkout #16 to the left where the lighters and ash trays are is bare bones not stocked hasnt been for a long time, shelves throughout this store are never fully stocked and very disorganized especially the plate dept. also their DVD section is never stocked and no variety. The only dept. Ive seen that looks to be stocked and best organized is in toys. As for checkout I agree with everyone else long wait not enough registers open employees always act like they dont care I checkout mostly in my the garden center even though its a wait also but the cashiers that normally working that area are the nicest, or I use self checkout because Im faster at it than most cashiers they should hire a 5 year old because kids now days know more about computers than the idiots running them here.

The worst customer service from associates and Matt the manager. I waited 45 mins to get a glow fish . Even their fish maintainance was a disaster ; there was dead fish everywhere and live fish eating the carcass of the pile of dead fish and no they werent betta fish eating the dead carcass. So after 45 mins of unsuccessful attempts to get ahold of an associate, I decided to call Walmart while I was in WALMART myself . That was the only way I could have someone hear me out . The associate apologize for the inconvenience and told me that Matt the manager would assist me , well like everybody else who assisted me while waiting for 45 mins the bastard never showed up. Why work if you dont like your job ?? Get it together

Automotive WILL NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE returns are slower then going to work and reearning the money you need back. The selves are 1/2 stocked because apparently they decided you have to much choices. The prices are higher then other walmarts by at least $10 on items around $100. Hard to find employees because they are normally on ONE isle all talking. Buggies scattered everywhere with returned items and not 1 person putting those items back. Employees are rude and useless when found. Also floors are filthy the worst section is produce. Bathrooms are not clean. Please avoid this walmart!

The staff has always been very respectful to me except in the drug dept. The answer to where an item is located is not "where its always been". The manager of the store has his office behind the meat department and is not available. That may be a clue to why the store is in such bad condition. Sears was one of the best retail stores in world, but the "bookkeepers" (accountants) took over the management of the company and money became the only priority. They were too big to fail. Really?

This Wal-Mart feels and looks dirty. They clean the floors every night, but they need to just replace the floors altogether. That would help the store tremendously. As for customer service, no one has ever seemed to care that I was a customer shopping at their store except for a select few. I really dont know what the store managers and hiring managers priorities are, but I can tell you that those priorities are not cleanliness, customer service, or a fast and easy shopping experience.

Customer service at this Wal-Mart is outstanding!! I phones earlier this morning (Thursday, July 2). I was seeking to know if there were any canon cameras on the stores "discount" table. Not one, but two, employees were assisting me within 3 minutes of my call. Please allow me to point out that this entire transaction was done by phone! A medium that makes it easy to "pass the buck" and give one the run around. My thanks to the employees at Wal-Mart for their assistance!

Good place to find household, gardening, grocery, automotive, electronics, sports, fishing, hunting and clothing and much more. All around one stop shopping.. Only issue I have with this store is they do not keep enough registers open for checkout when they are busy, which probably has to do with being understaffed. Aside from the longer waits for lack of lines open its a great place for a quick stop to an all out shopping spree.

The store is updating its layout, they now provide more produce in rows that are clearly labeled. The store associates do their best, despite being understaffed. The bathrooms need a bit of work due to customers treating the facilities roughly and breaking things.. over-all.. its an average Walmart. Plenty of parking and many things nearby make it a good location. People shop at this Walmart from neighboring cities.

Customer service is horrible, no one seems to care if you are a satisfied customer or not. Even management in my opionion doesnt seem to be interested in the customer leaving store with a positive attitude toward store. Which is probably the problem with store in first place.... poor management. If someone would reopen a K-mart in town with good customer service wal-fart would suffer and loose customers!

This Walmart is OK. I shop at many and they all have terrible customer service. Its expected. I guess Walmart cant keep low prices and hire quality people too. The 4 stars are for the all around lower prices and, when properly stocked, they have everything we need in one stop. I can put up with the rude, sorry employees, they are mainly miserable folk who blame others for their plight in life.

Looking past staffing level, its been an ok Walmart per say. With the arrival of Sams club in the neighborhood, I feel like Walmart is now like its predecessor neighborhood stores. Also, No more 24 hour services. Despite reinventing itself, to accommodate big brother, it has seem less and less appealing to me to shop here. Maybe just me because I use to visit and shop here almost everyday.
