Went into roses on 2/24 spent 168.15..went back on 2/26 because a few items my daughter had from there couldnt fit...I had my receipt and one item I return I couldnt return the item because the cashier that day was busy running her mouth and forgot to ring the item up which wasnt my fault....they have bad customer service and I will not return to that store again and I will also be contacting corporate

Customer service sucked, waited 20 mins and three calls to open the changing room, help never came. Went to check out cashier kept doing what she was doing instead of ringing me out. Waited about 5 mins until she was ready. Never said hello or anything. Store was dirty.

Nice store. Got great deals on some porch chairs and other household items. Staff was nice, and it seemed well stocked. Overall, a nice place to shop, and a good alternative to the other "big boxes"
