LEARN TO ACTUALLY HELP PEOPLE AND STOP GIVING EXCUSES - YOU WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. LEARN WHAT THOSE TWO WORDS MEAN. Their phone customer service is GOD AWFUL. I called because we need plastic cups for an event that we need them to put on hold for us to pick up later today. The first woman was talking to me and then yelled at a coworker in the background. Then she transferred me to the garden center. WTF. The garden center woman then just kept telling me that she has no idea why they transferred me to her. I told her finally that doesnt matter can you please find me someone that can help me that is all the I need. she said well let me see if I can get someone one to answer. great.... so I held for a few minutes and finally hung up. Then I called back two minutes later and they transferred me to electronics. The guy at electronics was not sure how much they had on hand so he said let me transfer you to someone that can help you. So he transferred me to the lady over cigarettes. She said she isnt sure why it got transferred there because she cant even transfer calls. I told her I need someone to help me and that at this point it doesnt matter what her issue is with transferring I need someone to help me. So then she yelled at someone also in the background. I was done with that so I hung up and called right back and told the person on the other line that I want to speak to a manager. She said hold please and their was dead silence almost like the phone wasnt connected. So I held for almost 5 minutes and finally hung up because that was not a normal hold sound or reasonable amount of time to make someone wait. I finally called back again and got the same guy in the electronics department and I held for him. He is literally the only one who tried to help me.

Grocery shelves always looked empty the 3 times we went during our week staying in a condo nearby. We were at the store after 9pm (9:30pm, 11pm, 11:30pm) each time. Stocker team frantically working to fill the shelves as customers were opening boxes from pallets left in the middle of aisles (not action alleys, but actual shopping aisles). Cashiers were very friendly, despite their frantic pace. Bathrooms were DISGUSTING every time we were at the store (my kids always seemed to need to go as soon as we walked in the door). I notified the customer service desk and the CSM, but neither seemed too concerned about it. Floors in the produce department always seemed sticky. Just produce. Every time. Frozen department smelled like spoiled fish during my first trip (7/10/17).After curiosity got the best of me, and having previously worked for the company in management, I did some looking around and discovered the freezer where the fish sticks, etc were held was not holding temp. I pointed it out to the stocker in the department, who had a radio and tried to notify management. Ear piece was being used so not sure of the reply, but did not see anyone come over the entire 15 minutes we were in the frozen department. Maybe they came over later. I dont know. Parking was a nightmare with all the carts NOT in the corrals in the parking lot. Gave 2 stars because of overall disappointment with all 3 visits during the week we were in the area. Hopefully someone who can address these issues reads this and puts a plan in place to make sure proactive measures are taken in the future.

I was treated so awful. Not just by the cashier but by the dressing room attendant, the manager over the cashier, even the workers just on the floor. The people are also rude. And its nearly impossible to get help unless you speak Spanish. My daughter who is biracial was treated very nice even with me standing there asking for the same thing. I truly was treated horrible at the dressing room because I am a Caucasian woman. And again while checking out. My daughter checked out in front of me and was treated very nice but as Im checking out not so nice. In fact I was made to be embarrassed and humiliated by the CSM yelling and I am not exaggerating when I say yelling to customer service desk and then to cashier as she stood in the middle of both. She yelled, shes trying to use food stamps as a credit card. Which wasnt true. I had a prepaid American express and they had no idea what it was. Finally my daughter said, we are going to call corporate and get you straightened out and immediately the CSM yelled, ok, ok, let her use it but we dont take food stamps as a form if credit here. I hope I never have to go back here again. Id rather pay twice the price just to not go back.

Like every Walmart there is a cancer in the workforce. Broke ass females that ask customers for money, bitter people that complain they dont get paid enough, who pay attention to people who shop there, making comments about how often they come to the store or how long theyre there. People who leave their work to intrude into customers affairs which I dont think theyre getting paid for. I look around at the people who work there and I look at myself and I notice a very big difference between them and me and I ask the question why is it they have such an interest in me and feel justified in making these stupid comments to me. When they get reported and their manager questions them they go into a state of denial that they never said such things which shows me that they dont have any backbone or spine as individuals, just bottom feeders. As far as I can see they will be nothing in their lives. Just a pathetic bunch of people. There are plenty of other stores for me to go shopping. A big part of the reason many people dont shop at Walmart is because of the people who work there.

EN-US Big store, nice parking and great variety of products. Great place to grab some food if youre a Disney guest at the complex. Guys from electronics department were very nice helping me to activate the T-Mobile SIM-card I had just bought.

Since this store was redesigned, its quickly (and inexplicably) became the worst Walmart in Orlando. No, Im not referring to the increased foot traffic. Im referring to the staff! I dont know if its due to poor oversight by upper management or what, but the staff has gone wildly careless, rude, and off procedure. Im switching to using John Young ASAP now, ESPECIALLY for site to store pick ups. Dont even bother to try to pick up from this store. The staff will find every way possible to get out of it, from walking past you standing in line waiting like youre a ghost, to telling you its closed. Middle management doesnt care that they do this, either, and will not even apologize for the behavior. Its shameless. What a waste of money on a store. It wouldve been better invested in hiring and training qualified, motivated staff to run it. This has seriously became the worst Walmart Ive ever went to. BTW, this used to be one of my favorite Walmarts in Orlando... My review has dropped from four stars to one within a six month period.
