This was my first visit to a Nordstrom rack location, and unfortunately it was not a good experience. I was interested in purchasing a pair of shoes that were not priced. I asked an associate in the shoe department what the price was and she took them to the back for pricing. She returned stating that they were a clearance price of $10.99. I went to the check out counter and the cashier stated it was the wrong price. There were approximately 7 associates standing around staring which made it not only unprofessional, but uncomfortable. One of the cashiers stated that usually they are supposed to honor the price. Corrine was called to assist which I believe was in management, she immediately refused to honor the price of the $39 Converse shoes. The two cashiers continued to talk amongst themselves as to how they just purchased the same shoes for $39 and how impossible that was etc... Not only was this experience a horrible first impression, but I will never again think of shopping at a place where $30 appears to be much more important than customer experience. I believe they should have accepted their error, honored the price and given the associates the proper training on how to avoid a future incident as this one.

I usually dont do this but I have to so an employee can get recognized for being really sweet and extremely friendly, keona who checked me out was awesome she was fast and informative as well as patient, I was having trouble deciding what shoes I wanted and I ended up leaving with both they were an extra 25% off did not have no idea super awesome, but basically my point is hire more people like her that care about the customers first I believe the store will tremendously grow, I was also signed up for a points program I will definitely be returning, the people at this store are truly genuine and care about the customers first, really appreciate her now everytime Im going on a business trip definitely stopping by for the deals! Thanks again what a great shopping experience!

I stopped by this particular Nordstrom rack on a mission for my girlfriend, in hopes of finding pink shorts in her size. The second i walked in i was greeted by an associate (i forget the name, sorry), and I asked if they had any idea whether they carried the shorts. The young associate brought me through the well- organized store and helped me find the shorts. As i was heading out I noticed a pair of black jeans, so i grabbed them and headed to the fitting room, which i met another associate, Jahnae. She was swift to help me out. I will most definitely come back to this location, everyone seems very organized and seem to work like a team. Thank you! P.S. my girlfriend loves the shorts

The store is laid out nicely and everything is easy to find. Not at all like a "discount" store. Dont be fooled by the name. This is Nordstrom quality and service at a great price. Erin and her staff were extremely professional. Erin herself went above and beyond to help me find a specific item I was looking for. Great place to shop and great customer service what more can you ask for!? Every time I come in the store theres NEVER a problem with the way its being run or the type of service the provide, im just shocked by some reviews on here people are so over dramatic. I wish I can give it 10 stars.

I love the store and the layout. I am just so excited I dont have to drive far to find so much deals. In addition the staff is so friendly. I met two girls named Jahnae just like my daughters name and the both of them were very sweet and helpful.
