Let me just start off by saying that I have worked in retail my whole life as well as in customer service . I swung by this outlet to get a bathing suit quick for a trip to Mexico coming up . When checking out there was a tall, thin , black woman with braces that was helping us . When we inquired about a bathing suit bottom with out a price tag on it she sent another girl to find out . She spoke into the head set to the girl and looked up at me and said "did you know it is a maternity suit ? " .. Perplexed by this question and how it was relevant I replied "are you asking me if I got it in that isle ? " Bc surely this is the only reason any half not retarded person would be asking this to a woman . She then repeated the question multiple times very loudly to the point to where every one in line was in shock having to hear it . I asked her "how is that relevant ?" She said "just thought you should know "... Never in my life have I been so publicly mortified based on this kind of stupidity and complete and total rudeness . I will never be returning to this place again . This woman completely destroyed my evening . I am aware that such trash can not be ones depiction of themselves but in this bladent disregard for another persons feelings and disgusting customer service I must say I find it shocking that anyone would keep a person like this on staff .

I ordered a pair of jimmy choo shoes for my wifes birthday.(spent over $600 on shoes) when I did receive my order it was the wrong pair of shoes and wrong size!!!!!. I also order a dress that I was charged for and 5 days later I received an email of the order was cancelled due to not being in stock!!!! and five days later I still did not receive my funds back. if I was able to give anyone feed back, do not order online from this place. worse experience ever. last thing too, The shoes look used and do not come in original box! stay away from online ordering!!!!!!

Great place to shop for multiple reasons. First, this is the only store that carries a decent variety of small shoe sizes starting size 4. Second, you can find brand clothing at less than half the original price. On top of that the service is always great. Sales associates are willing to look up the items in other stores if sizes are not available. The best store I have ever shopped at.

Horrible experience,poor customer experience/poor employee attitude ,Ive found 2 pairs of shoes in clearance and the manager on duty didnt want to honor the price,own price....!!!!!!! Hopefully somebody from higher management read this complain and others as well from this page because is poor customer care on this location!!!!!

It was a pleasure shopping at this location the selection was tremendous. From shoes, clothes, to home items . I was pleased. I also especially enjoyed the customer service I received from the associate Dillon . I will be back at this location soon, and Im so glad that I stumbled upon this store by chance .

My favorite store. Great selection of name brand clothing and shoes. Large clearance section is full of surprises if you have the time. Friendly staff, generous return policy. I have their debit card which makes life easy for me, plus I get points and extra savings. Easy parking too!

Very organized and prices are so worth the brands. Sometimes things get crazy at the check out counter. Heres a tip: anyone on their staff wearing a green shirt can check you out if you have a credit card. They can do so anywhere in the store. Its a great way to avoid lines.

Love this store! Never disappoints, no matter the location. This one offered a unique tourist aspect that wasnt cheap or cheesy. Clean interior, water fountains and restroom easily accessible. Quick check out. Wide range of name-brand products at great prices.

Buying on Nordstrom online is scam!!!! You order, receive your item, if for some reason you need to return, you are screwed!!! They dont refund without you calling 100 times and yell at people and threat them!!! Dont ever do business with them!!!

Need to be prepared for a good rummage through the racks but you can find some very good bargains! Not always able to find a specific brand of clothing but if it is just a type of item you are looking for you will definitely find it!

This place is great! Its like Nordstrom but way cheaper as the clothes are out of seasons. I come here to find good shoe deals. Its usually only in a couple of sizes so you always have to come and look.

Ive been to two Nordstrom Racks and this was was quite messy compared to the Tampa one. Im guessing this is because they are much busier but it makes shopping at places like these pretty stressful.

Pricing is fair on most items, but this particular store just feels underwhelming. Cant tell the difference between Nordstrom rack, Marshalls, TJ Maxx, etc.

It is like a Ross. Tightly packed shelves, small isles, random merchandise on the floor all over, long checkout lines. The prices arent even very good.
