Always have to wait in line for ever and it is just not happen every once in a while it is almost every time you go also the lines are always backed up and almost every employ is rude the store is also very dirty!And the employees that work in there section have no idea what they are doing went to buy a second hi definition tv for the bedroom and as for the employees that work in the tv section how many HDMI ports are on the TV and had no clue even what a HDMI WAS horrible service all the time!!!all the time !!!!STAY AWAY FROM HERE AND SHOP LOCAL IF YOU CAN!!!!

The employees are very rude. There customer service desk is always backed up and the employees do not consider the customers thoughts or concerns at all. Overall they have terrible customer service. Even the management at this store is terrible. Oh and if you need help finding something good luck they will point you to the direction its in and your on your own. Most of the time you will find the employees standing around the store some place making comments about customers.

Waiting 15 minutes for help in bedding is ridiculous! Especially when the girl in toys says theres 2 people working in that department that day. Thankfully she dropped what she was doing & helped me ! Two weeks before that I call to order a meat tray. I had to call 3 different times because no one would answer phone in Deli. After the 4th I called & asked for the store manager & he took my order. Sounds like they need to get rid of some people

It has a lot of products and it is good for getting everything done in one trip if thats what you want to do. It doesnt carry all the brands I use personally, nor does it carry all the products I get. Their number 1 reason when you ask is" if it wasnt on the truck, thats because there wasnt any left at sams, we get everything from there" . Thats what Ive been told.

Consistently one of the best kept Walmarts I have been to. I travel a lot and can honestly say I have been in hundreds if Walmarts. Everything seems to be consistently well stocked, store is clean and employees are friendly. Some visits are better than others but the average is better than most.. Other than that what can I say? Its Walmart after all..

I try not to leave negative reviews as most of the time its simply a bad experience with one person. Ive only been to this Walmart ones and generally most of the people were friendly. The Experience Pleasant perfectly smooth therefore the rating on giving but if you live here are traveling through dont hesitate to stop

They quit carrying alot of items, the workers in the isles in the 12 years going there, I have only come across 2 that was willing to help me find what I was looking for and both employees didnt work in the department I needed help in. I hate every time we need to shop there.

Only store in the area you gotta wait an hour in line most of the time they only have one or two cashiers think a place maybe ran by Nazis think they need to take Walmart out and put Kmart back in at least when you walk through there everybody has a smile on their face

Always great prices, but the customer service has alot to be desired. Employees are not very friendly and God forbid you ask a question you would think its the end of the world. Not enough people to run registers and the self check out is awful.

Dirty, unorganized store. Always messy. New Phila/Dover needs a Target and another major grocery. This store has little competition and its lack of cleanliness and disorganization and jammed up ailes are the result.

The layout of this location is horrible. I wonder if it is confusing so you will spend more time looking for what you need and be more likely to impulse buy. The lined are always long and it is always dirty.

You know how most Walmarts are the exact same layout? Not this one. Everything was EVERYWHERE, and they had the tightest aisles. Still a 3 star, because Walmart.
