AUTO CENTER - Worst experience ever. Do NOT work with Corey, or even the manager Chris!!!!!!!!! I called before bringing my car in, letting them know the exact part that I needed, because I had been told from other mechanics before. They said that they had the part in stock, so I drove an hour to Orlando from where I live. I drop off the car, and they said it would be ready in about 1-2 hours. 2 hours later they call me and say that the didnt have the right part, and need to go get the correct part from, so it will be another 1-2 hours. an hour or so later, they call again, and say the part they got was wrong AGAIN. It was Sunday, so they said they had to get the part from the dealer which wasnt open, so they had to wait until Monday to order it and get it in. I told them I cant bring the car in during the week because of work, and I was going out of town the following weekend, so the soonest I could bring it back was in 2 weeks. That gives them plenty of time to make sure they get the part in.... right?!?! But no, a few days before I was going to bring my car back, I call to make sure the part was there. They were busy so they said they would call me back. No one called. I called the next day, and they did NOT have the part, because they needed specific information from my car. Did they not have the car sitting in front of them for 6 hours 2 weeks ago??!? Could they not have gotten all the information that they needed then??? This whole situation was so frustrating and ridiculous, and Corey did not even apologize but kept making excuses that they didnt have the correct information. I would recommend that NO ONE take their car here EVER.

I had a terrible experience at this Sears, dealing with one of the managers, Brittany. I had ordered some pajamas online, and they had told me I had 30 days from when I received it to return it. So I drove over an hour to the closest Sears, which was this one at Florida Mall. I was within the 30 days of actually receiving the clothing in the mail, but it was 5 days after purchasing them online. Brittany told me I was over the 30 days so I couldnt return them. She saw that the tags were still attached and I had the original receipt. I explained the whole situation, and she refused to do anything. I find it difficult to believe that as a manager, she could not make an exception or call her supervisor to see what could be done. Instead she gave me a customer service number. Im sure she thought I would wait until I got home to call. Instead I tried calling there, and the number did not work. She was incredibly unprofessional and refused to even look for another number. A different manager at the customer service desk was courteous enough to take the 2 minutes to find a customer service number that actually worked. When I spoke to the customer service, they were very nice and refunded my money on the phone. They couldnt believe how unhelpful and unprofessional Brittany was. I will not return to this store; Ive never had an experience like this, especially when Ive been such a loyal customer through the years. I will not be shopping here again.

Joke of a store bought an 8200 pro series riding mower broke the first time I used it tech told me it would be three weeks before my parts would come in so he put the bad parts on the floor of lawn mower and said see you on the 24th of April today is the 5th I paid $2600 for a mower that lasted 20 min when I asked the tech how am I going to mow my yard he said get a herd of goats great just what I want to hear after that store will not answer phone customer service sucks they will not help. I recommend that you do not buy from sears ever.

Sempre visito esta loja no Florida Mall, há uma diversidade enorme de produtos, uma verdadeira loja de departamento, gosto muito da seção de ferramentas, tem muita coisa e a linha Craftsman que é própria da Sears é excelente

If I could give them zero stars, I would! Ive tried calling this store at least a dozen times to inquire about a specific item and I still have not been able to speak to a live person! I selected the department and it rings and rings, then hangs up! Even the operator selection! Either youre under staffed or your phone system is broken and none of your employees are smart enough to figure out that no incoming calls means that your phone system is broke! Pathetic!

These are NOT certified mechanics! Corey and Chris lie. Bob Parr put a discarded tire from another customer on our car when they failed to check the tire pressure on ours and the tire went FLAT on our way home! They lost our keys and key remote and STILL have not made restitution. Legal representation is now moving forward to litigate these including the fact that we paid for services THEY DID NOT PERFORM!

Why bother having a phone number?? Every time I call the store I have to spend 20 minutes going through voice prompts that always lead me to the wrong place. All I wanted to do is speak to someone in the appliances department. Ive had to hang up and call back several times and still cant get anyone who is not a recorded voice. Very aggravating!!!!!

I will not go back unless I absolutely have to. I hate having to listen to the cashiers credit card sales pitch, then having to decline it 3 or 4 times in a row before paying. This happened on two different occasions with two different associates. Let me pay for my things and be on my way.

Visited this place while looking for tools and got some help from a store clerk by the name of "Gonzalo". I had a very pleasant experience while at the store, this gentleman was very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Will definitely make this my Sears of choice.

Was in store at Florida Mall to buy a grill. Picked out the one I wanted and was quoted a price of $59 to deliver. When we got to the register to complete the transaction, the delivery price was $100. I left the store . Sorry, bait and switch doesnt wont bring me back.

They had me on hold for 20 min while the guy screwed around and then finally after 20 min he gets back kn the phone and says that they dont even carry the damn coax cable that I need!! Worst customer service I have ever had!!! They need to fire everyone at that store

Service at Sears is aweful. I called the small appliance dept, no answer 3 times. Then I called the large appliance dept 2 times, no answer. My appliance was installed incorrectly. Uhg. I dont look forward to dealing with this repair.
