At 7:20am the self checkout line was closed. I went to the closest register to the door (on the food entrance side) and could tell that the lady working the register was having a bad day. I noticed her having trouble with the previous customer using the chip on his card. As I went to use my card, she barked at me, "does it have a chip?". To which I replied "it does not". I proceeded to go through my transaction and request 100.00 cash back as this was a primary reason I went into the store (I happened to need some cash today). After her drawer opened and she noticed what it was I requested, she began moving around in her area a lot, obviously trying to figure out how to get me the change. She counted out 8 20s and 4 5s. As she gave them to me, she said that her register does not usually carry this much money in the mornings. I said okay, and she began walking away and said that I should go to isle 22 instead. So, I began walking to isle 22, not knowing where she was going and why she had 100.00 in her hand and not mine. Half way down, I here her yelling, "do you want your change?". I turned and replied "of course, but you told me to go to isle 22". She said she told me to go to that isle "next time", to which I then replied the words "next time" never came out of her mouth. She was very agitated and so was I. Apparently, she needed a pen from the register 2 isles closer to the door so she could sign my receipt. This was not a very good way to start my Monday morning. I typically go to the Walmart Grocery store a few miles south, but I wanted to avoid having to wait at a light to turn left today. I will not EVER make the mistake of going to this store instead again.

I went to the TLE (Tire Service Department) on Friday 5/12/17 to get 1 tire patched and a new tire. I also needed them rotated. My car was running fine, no mechanical problems; no noises! I was concerned that it took over a hour for 2 men to complete my service. I went into the service area to ask why was it taking so long? They didnt have a justifiable reason! I went patiently to the costumer waiting area. They over charged me for services I never received and one I confronted them, they took the additional charges off! I had a death in my family so I wanted to make sure my tires were at 100%! My whole experience was terrible!! Once I left, I noticed serious squeaking on my passenger side. I thought it might be making that noise because of the new tire not being lubricated properly. But I kept driving. The noise became so loud until I had to get my car towed home! I called several times requesting a manager from that department to call me, NO ONE NEVER CALLED! I called and spoke to an Assistant Manager in the Walmart store area on 5/14/17. He took my information down and assured me the Department manager would call me today on 5/15/17 its almost 6pm and no one have called.

We go here regularly because its the closest one and they generally have what were looking for and the prices are good. And while there are a few good employees (the occasional diamond in the rough so to speak) the rest of the experience tends to be unappealing. Customer Service tends to be impolite and unhelpful, There are never enough open lanes and God forbid you call them and ask if something is there. I politely asked them to put a copy of a video game under the counter for me so I could drive up and get it without anyone taking it because the game had just come out that day and she very rudely told me that no one had come to get it and then hung up before Id even finished my sentence. Rude tone and its obvious no one wants to help you there. And even worse, the people they have working in the departments are CLUELESS as to where anything is. If you know exactly what you want and want to get in and out quickly, then you could go to this Wal-Mart but for any kind of long term shopping or you need help with something in particular, spare yourself the frustration and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This really is a HORRIBLE place to shop.

I only visit this store if I absolutely have to. I refuse to ever call them again because the wait time to get an employee is extremely high and they are the most reluctant when you ask if something particular is in stock...even in the middle of the night. All of the other reviews are accurate, in terms of long lines, and rude employees. On a massively important note, the bathroom is DUSTY. I mean, horribly so. The walls in the stalls can be drawn on. They clean what needs to be cleaned and nothing more...maybe not even the floors. I tried to use the bathroom once, and I will never do it again. Thankfully, I will be moving soon, and I will be done with Walmart, period. Stores like this also help me to understand why some cities petition to deny Walmart their building permits and push them out of their towns. Theyre just toxic to our cities and our economy.

I was stopped at this Wal-Mart by the receiot checker the other day. I let my 2 older kids spend their own money so they each had their own bags with receipts and then I bought a load of school supplies and had my own receipt. My kids had so much fun going through the store and picking what they wanted. The guy pulled all our stuff out and checked all three receipts and made it look like we were trying to steal in the front of the store. There was nothing missing from the receipts and we were let go. But it is embarrassing. Like what makes them pick certain people? They just say "oh this lady with her 3 kids looks like she stole something, lets rummage all her bags and cause a scene"? I havent been back into that location and wont be. Thanks for ruining my kids first shopping experience.

I wish I could rate this Walmart less than 1 star with the horrible experience me and my family had there last night! Me and my wife went to buy alcohol for us to drink since we are of age but the cashier refused to sell to us because our kids dont have ids to verify that they are underage! Ive never heard of a dumber policy in my life! I had a basket full and left it with the stuff I could not purchase! Its a shame when you cant spend your money in these stores without fair treatment! Im disgusted with the way Trinity the cashier treated me and my family! She has my 4 year old daugther not wanting to come back to Walmart! This is my 3rd bad experience at this Walmart and may be my last as they will not see me again since it is fine to treat your customers this way!

Most employees here are very helpful. I can find almost anything I would need. I am happy with the prices and the fact that its walking distance from my home makes it even better. I would give a higher rating, but i have two problems with this location. #1) The parking lot lighting is very dim. It is lit like a tiny strip mall. When I shop in a 24-hr store, I want to come out of it feeling safe even at 2 a.m. #2) The parking is horrible. The routes to get you to the front of the store from the main road are confusing. There is no rhyme or reason to the layout. That part frustrates me. However, my experiences shopping here are mainly positive, ado Ill continue to spend my money here.... because I truly ❤ Walmart.
