DO NOT ORDER from Sears. If it’s not in stock your chances of receiving your item on time, especially if its back ordered, is apparently slim. I ordered a three-piece tool chest in Jan 7th. It was supposed to be available for pick up at the store on Jan 18th. I received two pieces on the 11th which was encouraging. The third piece has apparently now gone into the abyss of perpetual back order. It didn’t show up on the 18th and now a week later on the 25th it still hasn’t shown up. The worst part is no one can tell me the status. I called the store and they told me they can’t tell me when it will be delivered until it arrives. They basically have no way in their system to request status updates. I called Sears main customer service number which told me they would escalate a complaint to the store manager. I know Sears is struggling and it’s now apparent why. I absolutely will not purchase from them again. Almost everyone I have purchased from this past year has been able to contact a supplier and give me updates/estimates for delivery on items I purchased. Even back ordered items. In this day and age of digital infrastructure there really is no excuse. So for now the saga continues. I’ll update as this story continues to unfold…

Dont come here unless you have 3hrs+ to kill. Whether you need tires or an oil change, thats how long it will take guaranteed at this Sears. Did they give you an estimate for a shorter time? Now youre looking directly into the face of a liar. When you enter this auto center prepare to not be greeted for at least 10 minutes. Yes, they will look at you, but only to make you feel that your presence is unwanted. After feeling good and uncomfortable they will then serve you. Once an ungodly time period has passed, they will then try to sell you things you dont need. If you ask if you can see what they are talking about they will inform you that you cannot go to your vehicle for safety reasons. At this point you must trust all your faith into the commissioned salesperson that gives you their word. Finally after wasting a whole day, feeling exhausted you will notice trace amounts of oil and black carbon on your seats and floors. Its this Sears way of reminding what auto centers shouldnt be. I still take my vehicle to Sears, just not this one, and you shouldnt either. This review is not just from one experience. Theyve had their chances.

I cannot find a better price on tires, but the employees are apathetic and keep you waiting FOREVER. This last time I went in, they kept the car 24 hours, never callled-- I finally called to see where it was and they had to "go looking" for my car and someone had dropped the ball. They did half the job--- said they couldnt do an alignment, but never called to update me or see if I wanted them to call off the tires since they couldnt do the alignment, etc. Said they were going to get a part and have it for me by Tuesday--- 4 days after I brought it in... so--what? They would never have called me and then just charged me the extra (not in budget) and Id have no car for work Mon or Tues? Lame. Going back to Tuffy. A bit pricier, but good guys, great communication, and fast.

Only gave 1 star since nothing less. Will NEVER shop at Sears again. I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years. I purchased an item in May as part of a June gift. They did not need the item as they already had one. They brought back to me just this week. I took the UNOPENED item with E Receipt to Avenues Sears. Cashier wouldnt refund due to over "30 days." Really? 30-days?? I asked to see Mgr. After waiting near 10 minutes, the Manager finally appeared and refused to refund. I asked if they could at least exchange for something else. She just kept continually shaking her head No with a "dont give a *** attitude." Her attitude pushed me over the edge. I have never gotten that upset with a sales rep. DO NOT SHOP AT SEARS AND SPECIFICALLY SEARS AVENUES!!!!!

No surprise that Sears is going out of business. Their customer service is a joke. I called the store number, which just rings and rings and then hangs up. I called Sears Customer Service, they cannot determine if the when items will be delivered. I purchased an expensive tool box at the store and was promised it would be delivered to the store in 5 business days. Delivery time has come and gone and now they are saying another 4-10 weeks! We live in a right now instant gratification world. Sears cannot die fast enough. Off to Amazon I go!

I would say that I was treated fare and had a great experience. I called on a busy day and was told to come in bye the Manager John. He said he would stay after close to help me out with my battery issue. I got there right before close and they helped me even thou they were backed up. From the mechanic to the management I would recommend these guys if you have a need for your car. I appreciate it and will continue to do work with these guys. Worst experience at Sears Auto Center ever. I went for a flat tire repair covered under road hazard and the promised it would be done in two hours which I agreed. Four hours after, they told me 45 minutes more. An hour after they even started working on the car. They never called me with an update while I was waiting. I took my car and went away and and they did not care about it, actually they seem happy. If you are a Sears loyal customer maybe try Orange park or somewhere else.

worst place ever took my car in that was making some sounds and after waiting all day they said that they fixed my car and the sound would go away in acupple days sounds got worse took it in to 7 other places and they all knew what was wrong and they wont give me my money back so im out 400 and the mans name is toby the manager who really needs to get a good slap in the face nobody knows anything there worst worst worst auto shop in this whole world

I had two screwdrivers. I was therd in line. It took forever to ring up the first guy the second lady had a question about a product. The associate tools me to go to another register. On my way i saw two for associates standing and talking. There was nobody at the register. I when up stairs this in line again took 25 min to ring me up.

Too hot inside store for customers to shop. Displays are poorly put together, they look sloppy. Quality of Mens clothing low and cheap looking. Stores really seem to be struggling. On the bright side, love the appliance section and display. First thing you see when you come in. Wife liked the variety in the womens section.

Whatever man was working in the mattress section on Nov 26th is awful. Knew nothing about the product was unbelievably unhelpful, and only interested if he could argue rudely with the customer. We gave him the exact model we were looking for and he said he didnt have it. We were able to find it on our own.
