5 stars for the general area of the store, BUT if I could rate it, a "-1" for the tire and lube center!! A complete nightmare. My wifes car needed only 2 tires, but it took the entire day! The employee at front counter was completely apathetic and gave some lame excuse about the busy schedule; however, when we left for our errands (and during the other 2 times we arrived to check on the status), the entire service bays were almost vacant and silent. At one of the errands being my wifes haircut/styling appointment, we complained to her hairdresser. The hairdresser/stylist confirmed our complaints wholeheartedly. If you want to shop for non-car related items/services,the store is quiet and uncrowded (compared to other nearby Walmarts), BUT DO NOT under any circumstances use any automotive services there - unless you are ok not having your car for the entire day!

Thanks to the couple that found and return a envelope with $800 dollar cash money out on the Parking lot my husband lost the envelope we where 3 years behind on our property taxes and the money was to pay at lest one year there still good peoples out there who ever found it dint live a phone number or anything so I can call and personally thank them if you are reading this I want you to know that I thank you with all my heart God is going to price you in so many so many ways only God knows you how much we need it the money may God bless you every time you breathe I send you a sincere hug thank you so much ♥️♥️♥️♥️

The self check out girl was ready to go home. Poor customer relations! I guess since the computer says thank you for shopping at Walmart they dont need to respond to customers at all. I thanked her for clearing the register because it said i had to wait for her to punch in a code. I thanked her and she just turned around and walked away with no acknowledgement what so ever. She couldnt even smile while holding the barrier line to close that section off as i walked by after paying and telling her to have a good night. By the time i made it to my car, she was already out the door behind me heading home.

I have been coming to this Wal-Mart for over 3 years. Seldom do I see anything wrong with this Wal-Mart. Customer service is great for electronics or clothing. Sporting goods not so much. Theres never anyone there. I have seen very few cleanliness issues. The only problem I have with this Wal-Mart is that they have some items that are in a few places. For example, tampico juice. Its in 2-3 different spots. Overall I like going to this Wal-Mart over the other two because they have good customer service. The greeters that Ive seen are really friendly and they will ask you about your day.

this walmart features self service registers - like 10 of them - and they REFUSE to use them at night after 11pm - EVEN when there are like 100 people waiting in line sprawled out to the clothing dept all waiting on ONE register and ONE cashier - REALLY??? seen multiple people WALK OUT and leave their stuff behind cause they were tired of waiting - one night had to wait 27 MINUTES to check out - if the other store had what i needed then i would have left as well and bought it there - NEVER GOING TO THIS STORE AGAIN

You can do groceries but they dont take the customer in consideration. Workers at night doesnt care about where they put the pallets with new merchandise and you barely can pickup your items. Also, I strongly dislike Walmart new policy about Self-Check-outs. When you do a self checkout, you are taking someone out of job. The other thing is that Walmart doesnt reduce the prices or compensate you for doing a cashier job FOR FREE!!!!!

Last week I saw some fabric at this store that I liked for a project. Today I went back to buy it but could not find it. I asked the associate in the fabric department, Debra, if she remembered it, which she did. She went out of her way to spend time looking for it, and finally found it! She was so pleasant and helpful, and she saved me from having to go to other stores to look for it. I so appreciate you, Debra!!

We drove all the way from davenport because when we called they said yes they could pierce my daughters ears and that there was plenty enough people to get both ears done at once. We get the and wait 30 minutes for anyone to even get there and this older lady comes up saying the piercing gun isnt working with an attitude. Complete crap that they didnt tell us over the phone.

I live in Orlando but work in Winter Haven. This Walmart is clean and organized, unlike the Walmart stores in Orlando. The employees are very nice and helpful. I dislike going into any of the Walmart stores in Orlando, but I have thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experiences in this Winter Haven store! Great store!!

Cashier Liz at register 10 yesterday April 24 at around 5:30 pm was super sweet. So friendly. Not used to that shopping at walmart usually employees blow you off or dont even make eye contact. She was so nice and kind. Please hire more like her and give her a raise. Good job Liz ! Keep smiling

Decent for the most part. For a Walmart, it is well kept and the bathrooms are mostly orderly. I have always had good customer service experiences and no stock issues. Its very easy to get in and out due to the multiple self checkout machines.

I used their Vision Center for their first time in February. I also get fast check outs during the day. I always enjoyed shopping there compared to 355 Cypress Gardens BLVD. This store is more organized. Your smartphone will get good signals.

Do everything in one place. Shop for clothes, groceries, get hair & nails done & eat. Even go to eye doctor or get glasses straightened, and do your banking too... When tired stop by Subway to eat what you bought or have a SUBWAY SANDWICH.

Rude management and terrible customer service skills. Treated guest with hostility for asking questions about rules for purchasing fireworks. Cashier unattentive and uninformitive. Tip stay away from Assistant Manager Josh.

This walmart is usually clean and stays busy. Went 1 time and they did not have any bananas which Ive never heard of before. They have what smaller walmarts dont. Id go here if I need too not because Id want too.
