Great deals but I had to argue something so basic with the cashier at this place that I refuse to ever go back. She immediately confronted me when I showed up. She didnt even listen to me explain the situation first and then solve the problem. Instead she called for assistance and told me to my face that I was wrong. Another employee came over to assist me with my issue and was able to fix the problem in a matter of minutes. I received my refund like I expected and she graciously said Youre Welcome to the employee that helped me because he thanked her for her assistance. She did not apologize for jumping to conclusions or with arguing with me in front of other customers. This type of customer service behavior is uncalled for and unprofessional. I spoke with the manager and she has been reprimanded but I still refuse to go to this store.

I love Nordstrom Rack and even though this one isnt even close to being the best one Ive gone to, I still shop here quite frequently even though it isnt anywhere near where I live. This tends to be a pretty busy store because its located in the St. Johns Town Center area. The store itself is clean and nicely arranged but I find that they dont seem to have as large a selection as many other Nordstrom Racks Ive visited. The womens section is not too bad but the mens clothing is bare bones at best other than if you are shopping for a tie. I do most of my shoe shopping here because you can get high end brands for the same price as youd get a non-luxury brand elsewhere. The prices tend to be great on some items and ridiculous on others. I often go out of my way to shop here but I wish they had more inventory.

Id heard such high praise for Nordstrom Rack, and was operating on that assumption when I walked through the doors. "High-class Ross" is a good one-sentence review. Its difficult to sort through the wheat from the chaff when theyre placed right next to each other in a deliberate attempt to clear out inventory from their primary store. Nicer Cole Haan shoes will be lined up right next to Steve Madden glue-bonded low-quality shoes. Racks are just an assortment of random, somewhat like-style items that havent appeared to be organized in days. Maybe I went on a particularly busy Saturday and they were short staffed, but everything felt like a melee in the store. Youre probably better off ordering online.

Excellent store for deals on suits for men, ties, shirts, and even shoes. The overall selection seems better than the retail Nordstrom. Parking is a bit tight around lunch and would advise not attending on the weekends. There is staff to help. My main complaint would be the size of the line during checkout. It snakes around like a Disney theme park ride. Please, have your stuff together and dont stand there chit chatting. Just buy your stuff and get a move on ladies. This isnt The View.

Just tried to return a pair of shoes here and was told they were too "worn" after wearing it to my car and back. I was told when checking out that we would not need the box and dont need the sticker. I had the rudest customer service experience of any store I have ever been to, I will not be shopping here in the future. In short they effectively do not have a return policy and you need to be prepared to have a terrible customer service experience.

The ladies working the dressing room these days are not very friendly. Everyone else has been great - consistency friendly. I do not expect Nordstrom service at the Rack but being friendly to customers is still important. Never a smile, harsh tones, annoyed-attitudes do not make a customer feel welcomed. I love the store but really wish they would give these employees a reminder that friendliness is important.

Nordstrom Rack can be a good place to snag a sale. Generally the selection is a bit outdated but the prices are quite good. I had a very nice experience with salespeople there one lady in particular. Unfortunately, Nordstroms decision to no longer carry Ivanka Trumps line will keep me out of the Nordstrom stores. The hardest to vacate will be TJ Maxx

OMG I always find AMAZING things here for a fraction of the original price. I have expensive taste, but not a huge budget, so this place is perfect for me. I have THE perfect dress for me, the original price was $230 and I got it for less than $50!
