If this is the "corporate" store that is right next to sears and across from BestBuy mobile it is horrible! Stay away! The customer service is crappy with long hour wait while the staff stand in the back. I came in hear trying to buy a Samsung Gear S and the manager on shift refused to sell it to me. He literally stated in front of me that he would not make a sale because the store makes money on commission and since I was not an AT&T customer and would not purchase it with a service he would not sell it to me because he would not make money.... I called the corporate office online and they stated he had to sell it to me. When I told the manager (I believe his name is Dan) he said he didnt care and he was above corporate and the corporate people didnt know what they were talking about. He didnt even try to offer me a deal. He just asked me what service I had and said for unlimited text, phone and data for a new Note 4 and Gear S would be $120 dollars.. currently paying $86 right now for unlimited plan from Sprint.. I asked for the regional managers number and he said I cannot provide you with that and cannot pass out that information..Horrible service, very rude and condescending.

Really Really bad service This place is really really bad. Nobody there cares about helping you. Everytime I go there and ask them a question, they tell me to go check it online, lol. Its such poor service, that I feel like its a joke, like im on SNL or something. Once they told me that they cant help me because it not their account, its my account, lol. By far the worst store I have ever been to!!!

I just hate AT&T as a company. They try to screw you over any way possible. I cant wait for the day that Google puts all these horrible companies out of business (AT&T, Verizon, Comcast...)
