Pesimo servicio al cliente, no recibo senal y al final fui a esta tienda y espere como 5 minutos y la persona que me atendio esta usando su celular y me dijo que me esperara, despues solo me dijo que quiere? creo que como tienda deberian de cuidar mas a los clientes. Al final la persona se enojo y me dijo que no sabia que solucion darme. PESIMO SERVICIO!!!! Ya no vuelvo a ir a esta tienda, Perdieron un cliente que les compraba mucho! Basically, awful service Never go back this store. they need more training.

IM NOT HAPPY! I lost my phone in the snow storm, went to cricket to purchase a new phone. During the transaction the computer froze up, they say this happens a lot, and it prompted me to ask if I was going to be double charged, Alex & his co worker assured me that no, we have a smart charge system and it would not do that. Here it is Monday and my bank account is -$45.38. and I have no $$. An additional 180.00 was taken from me. I live paycheck to paycheck and this is unacceptable. It reflects my credit and now I appear irresponsible, due to their office error. When I called the store today, the manager on duty Monday 2/23/15 @ 12:12 pm was very rude and had a condescending tone, as if it was my problem, and I had to figure it out. Once I mentioned his attitude and poor customer service he still did nothing to rectify the situation. I really hope that the service is better than the staff onsite in the Lost Knife Gaithersburg location!

THIS GOES IN ALL CAPS!!! WORSE SERVICE & CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The reps in this store will lye to you face and the manager will back up his crappy staff! Find another Cricket store or screw it go to BOOST MOBILE!
