I stopped by to pick up some accessories for my cell phone. This store is packed to the seams with stuff that made be feel hopeful that I would be able to buy everything I had in mind. I approached the salesperson on the floor and asked him recommendations for the three items I was looking for. For all the three items, the salesperson did take me to the correct area, but was unable to find the products that would fit my needs. Not that I am building a rocket but was looking for standard cellphone accessories like charger, etc. So I left the store without any shopping done. Luckily for me, there is a Best Buy Mobile store across the hallway!

How are you still in business? Went to buy an audio cord. Found it. Waited like 10 min for the one guy working there to get to the counter. Then he offered me insurance and asked for my email and zip code. Jesus christ just close down already.
