FYI. If you dont read your contract before signing it, you will be out of $200 if you decide to buy a phone from Diamond Verizon.. Diamond is a third party supplier of Verizon services/phone but Diamond has a separate contract which is written in such a way that you are penalized ($200.00) for paying off your phone prior to two years although Verizon has no issue if you choose to pay off your phone and close your account. Best advice: go to a corporate Verizon store. Do not purchase a phone from Diamond Verizon.

I cannot say enough great things about Melanie and Brittany at the Verizon Store in the Bjs - Falls Church. I came in urgently as they were closing up needing a new phone. They both stopped what they were doing and assisted me right then and there. They had me set up with a new phone in less than half an hour. The customer service was the best I have received at any Verizon retailer and I truly appreciate them so much!

I was just speaking with a representative and he hung up the phone on me before the conversation was over. If customer service is how you gain business and you struggle in the call, I can only imagine what kind of personal service you get from this location. I will not be visiting this location.
