Bring a lawyer for the fine print. Show up in person for all issues. The incompetency of the employees that work there had me on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up and called again and was then promised a call back. After an hour passed the appointed call back time i called again and was placed back on hold until they closed for the day. If your thinking about switching to t-mobile trust me stick with your current carrier. The cell signal is a bit better. But the customer service is a nightmare.

I wish I could give this location even less than 1 star. I love TMOBILE and have been a loyal customer with them for so many years but the people working at this location are a disgrace. TMOBILE has to switch out that nasty staff over there. TMOBILE can do better for sure. every other place is extremely pleasant and customer service Representative with TMOBIEL are wonderful. That location is two thumps up. dont waste your time with this location. Go to some other TMOBILE store.
