Ive been in this store twice. The first time was decent, the gentleman helping me got me as far as we could with adding a line until we realized I needed an account number and a PIN from the previous account. He was going to add my Amazon phone and give me the 2gb/line per the special. Today, 9/28/16, I went in and can only say the help was inept. Thats putting it as nice as possible. I was told the phone I had couldnt be added because it wasnt a Verizon phone (then why didnt the first guy have any issue?) then that I wasnt going to get the bonus data (because its only available with "purchase of a 3g phone" uh huh...) and that Id have to buy a SIM card (free if I do it online). So Im just going to do it online and laugh at the slow death of the brick and mortar storefront. ETA: It took me 5 minutes to do online what they said I couldnt do in the store: get 2gb free data and add my Amazon phone to a new line and get a free SIM card.

I was instantly welcomed as I came in the door. Thats started my visit off nicely . Then Chelsea took over and from that point on it was a blur. I had many more problems with my phone than I knew about before I come in. When it was all over I had a new phone, personal hotspot and five times to memory and I spent so much less than I thought it would be and I left much happier than I was coming in. The entire time I was there Chelsea took the time to help me learn the things I didnt know and never made me feel stupid that most of the problems I came in with were obviously partly my fault. You have my business, my familys business and Im going to tell my friends and all my customers. Thank you so much for a wonderful visit!

A Verizon retailer, not a Verizon store. They can help you with your bill, setting up your phone, accessories (which you can find cheaper online), etc. Rarely crowded, I still would rather go to an official store if I can help it.
