I went into the Annandale Rd. Falls Church location yesterday to change cell ph carrier to Metro PCS and the customer service rep David who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and friendly young man. I decided to continue using my current phone and he worked efficiently in getting my phone set up. I was out of there in about an hour. Im very satisfied with the excellent customer service I received there. David even took the time to make sure that my phone could receive calls & that my internet was working properly before leaving the store. Awesome job, thanks so much for all your help David :)!

It would be nice if the reps were more knowledgeable about the service and how to troubleshoot. I took my phone in because it would no longer recognize metropcs mobile network so I couldnt make calls or surf the net. I was asked if I owed money from another carrier when I told them "no" they couldnt offer anymore suggestions. I had to factory reset my phone to get it to work again.
