Littlestown Verizon called me one day suggesting I could save money on my wireless bill. I typically ignore these cold calls, but my phone was old and freezing up on me and I was concerned it would crash, so I went ahead and made the appointment with the guy who called, Arturo. In summary, Arturo figured out how to get me a new phone, replace my existing old work phone/cell number i no longer needed with a new tablet, get me 3 more gigs of data per month, and SAVE me $40/month, including the monthly payments for the new equipment! I also got rebates on the new equipment, which Arturo submitted on my behalf to save me the hassle - and the risk of forgetting, which I am likely to do. Arturos customer service is just spectacular, his follow-through is great, and I am thoroughly impressed. My only criticism would be that the poor guy is always there by himself on Sundays (when I have time to come in), and he is often juggling customers - so I think maybe the manager should consider adding one more sales person to the store schedule, as its a bit much for Arturo to handle alone, and people without appointments frequently wait a while or have to come back. In summary, I strongly recommend seeing Arturo, and making an appointment.

Had to go in three days in a row to try to fix the no service connection between my phone and Verizons service and lo and behold we have to upgrade but I guess its ok because were due for one. Little did I know on that third visit Id be getting ripped off. No credit for my trade in and instead of getting the free phone case they said theyd give me for all the issues (so I had something to protect the new one) they said otter box but as usual there were none for the new device I got talked into so they said were gonna call you when it does come in to get the otter box. Ive now got about $200.00 extra between charges that shouldnt have been there and device add ons that I didnt ask for they were suppose to be free. But I guess thats the thing about Verizon, they dont care about you just the money. I had an Apple 6s and its trade in value was a third of what I paid (just got paid off in July actually) but I never got the trade in credit applied. Its a joke between my phone and the hubbys weve spent a lot of money at Verizon its sad that they just talk you into something else. I wish that phones would make it longer than two damn years. Im really close to getting a land line for $40 a month and no hidden/addon/bs fees.

Went into the this store and started off working with arturo (who was wonderful!!) a young woman named krischer came up to ask me why I was so upset (it was visible as I was raising my voice and my face was red) she explained the problems in terms I could understand, she sat with me as if she was a family member or a friend more then she was an employee, she sat with me on the opposite side of the desk and went problem for problem with me. she got me a new phone that is shatter proof, changed my plan to save me money, even made a call to help pay some of the costs as Im on a very tight budget. She showed me how to use my new phone, changed all my passwords to one specific password so I dont forget it, downloaded all of my applications I use and even logged me into all of them. She truly went above and beyond I cannot thank her enough for all she did today! She was truly a blessing after the times Ive had in other stores and all the unhappiness I had with Verizon. I would give more then 5 stars if it would allow. If you need anything go see krischer !! Shes not just a Verizon employee she is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Thank you so much krischer for finally making a 10 year Verizon customer happy!

A shop staffed with friendly, knowlegable, and helpful Associates. Arturo, the Associate that assisted me throughout the entire process of a major purchase, including account updates, and most importantly, bringing to my attention a Veterans Discount I was unaware of, was always a Professional in every sense of the word. It is certainly nice to have this kind of service nearby, and to have as part of a growing community. Many Thanks for Everything !!!!!

Twice I visited this store for s6 edge + screen potrector and case. Twice someone, including the manager, wrote down my contact info and request in a notebook to order them. Neither time did I get a call from them about the items. 1 trip they Kept telling me phone was an S7, finally I said clearly on the back it says 6. 1 guy didnt even know Samsung made a s6 edge+. Awful store, dont go here. Drive 15 min to Hanover mall and get real help.
